Beautiful area by the river with the best view of the American Flag bridge! Nice walkway with a gate to the walking trail. Close to everything, very clean, and the friendliest staff!

The property is not safe also I got my vehicle scratches everywhere they charge high price They don’t offer any breakfast They have signed everywhere in the garage. Make sure your car is locked and they have security doing nothing also they charge a fee for barking in the property so greedy never staythere anymore.

Definitely stay here again

It was a very good stay, would definitely stay here again. The body wash container in the shower was empty, but that was a mild annoyance. People were very friendly. Nice bistro and seating areas in lobby. Some covered parking which was very nice on a 100 degree day.

Great Hotel

The hotel is new, well-appointed, and comfortable. The view from my room was wonderful. I loved the towels so much I came home and ordered two sets on the manufacturer's website. 💯

We didn't spend much time at the hotel, but the property was very clean, the location was convenient, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the Breakfast Bistro that served Starbucks drinks was very nice. If we had had time, I would have loved to go walking on the levy and Riverwalk. Next time. We would stay here again.

Safe and comfortable

Check in was easy and fast. Something went wrong with my payment, but the check in lady fixed it super fast. Hotel was very comfortable and I felt safe. My room was so cozy! I also loved the ability to get Starbucks drink downstairs. Took 10 min to walk to the downtown area to pick up my dinner. Looking forward to staying here again.

Nice hotel but parking can be a problem sometimes

Hotel is nice and a good option for the area. The main issue is with parking. This seems like a fairly popular place for social events and the hotel doesn’t make any effort to ensure their parking is available for hotel guests. If there is an event during your stay prepare to park a good distance from the hotel. Otherwise it’s a great place.

Kitchen closes too early , they forgot to clean my room the 1st day, never received my checkout invoice email. But aside from that it great property, very nice staff, very clean, organized and well maintained. I’ll stay there again.

I did not like that there wasn't enough parking for the registered hotel guests. There was church on Friday night and I had to park out of the hotel parking area. I was told it is a courtesy that the church members use the hotel parking. Unacceptable to me.
