Excellent hotel facilities, friendly staff, special mention to Alessia y Roberto from the front desk, always willing to help and assist with kindness. The room was very nitty and clean everyday. My only observation is the shower setup which is a challenge for people with mobility constraint as the same is needed to be climbed up as is also a tub. Breakfast is awesome and full variety, and the restaurant is top notch. Highly recommended to stay close to the main attractions and away from the noisy streets, with shuttle facility to the main point of interest (Vatican, Colosseum and Rome downtown).

The Crowne St Peter was excellent from the minute I arrived until departure. They were friendly at the desk and was able to enter my room immediately upon arrival. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the essentials needed for a perfect stay.

The staff! Amazing! Very helpful and kind! Viviana is my favourite bartender. Shuttle service is good and very convenient. Breakfast is delicious and well worth the price! Dinners were delicious and Manager Fabio is incredible. The outdoor AND indoor pool areas are beautiful. It’s my second stay there and going back in a couple of weeks after a cruise for a 3rd. It’s my home away from home. A 5 star experience for 4 star cost.

The room was spacious and clean. The room service was good. The staff was not very helpful. There was no ice available and they did not offer to bring us any. We had to go to the bar to get some and they didn't seem thrilled to give it to us. The breakfast buffet was very good. They had a large selection of items. The eggs were a bit undercooked and cold. Again the staff was not very friendly if you needed to ask for something. Over the interior was very nice but a bit tired. Mainly the carpeting. It gave a dark and dreary look to the lobby and hallways.. Also the pools closed way to early for a tourist Hotel. They closed at 7pm outside and 8:30 inside. We were just getting back from a long day of sightseeing and wanted to relax in the pool or hottub but couldn't because they were about to close. Very disappointeing.

Pool hours were limited, kids would have liked to swim in the evening after a day of sightseeing in hot weather. We thought we had booked a stay including breakfast (which is partly why we chose this location), however they said it wasn't included and we had to pay extra. That was a bummer. Hotel overall was clean and comfortable and the kids enjoyed the pool.
