Super location, walkable neighborhood with good restaurants, gelato, family neighborhood. The property was clean and very comfortable. Loved having the balcony to relax for morning espresso or evening snack. And a kitchen if needed! We would definitely return! Great value!

Cianza muy amable estuvo al pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo y nos permitió la llegada un día después del check in (que por motivos del vuelo tuvimos que retrasar) Lo único que vimos de malo y no fue por el lugar es que a la llegada desde la estación St Pietro Google nos mandó por unas escaleras y calles empinadas (que con maletas fue horrible) Isabella nos dio otras rutas para poder llegar mejor ! Sin duda volvería a repetir, pudimos dejar las maletas un poco más de tiempo! :)

Simple, clean lodging near Vatican City

We had a nice stay at Demi's Home -- we were only there for one night after arriving on a flight that morning. The people who work there are friendly and we're very responsive. The apartment is not fancy but is clean and everything works as expected. You can easily walk to Vatican City from here. To get into central Rome we found that a taxi was the best option.

Uns erwartete ein vollständig eingerichtetes tolles Appartement mit großzügigem Badezimmer in perfekter Lage. Obwohl in der Stadt (der Petersdom ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt) war es absolut ruhig. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung sind Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bushaltestelle und ein klasse Markt mit frischem Obst Gemüse etc. Unschlagbar die Bar San Giuliano in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Hier gibt es das Frühstück, den besten Espresso, Croissants und die tollste Bedienung. Authentischer kann man eine Stadt nicht erleben. Nicht zu vergessen die Gastgeberin Cinzia, die mit Rat und Tat immer zur Seite stand.

We stayed at demis home for 4days. room and bathroom is very clean and cosy, comfortable. the host Cinzia is very kind. wifi is good. the Vatican city is within walking distance. neighbor is also friendly. everything is o.k. but the sound of the water pipe in the next room must be fixed quickly as soon as possible..

They went the extra mile with service!

My son stayed here and he had a great experience. His room was upgraded at no charge. The owner accompanied him to the local post office to help ship things home. How nice is that!? I hope to say there one day as he was very happy with everything!

Great hotel

Would recommend this over a large scale hotel any day. Room and ensuite bathroom was really nice and cleaned daily. There is also use of a kitchen if needed. Staff are really helpful. Location is nice and quiet and you are only a 30 minute walk from the city centre or there is a regular bus service (916) you can use. Breakfast provided at the local café was nice as well. Highly recommended!

leuke en nette B&B, dichtbij OV en het vaticaan

netjes en mooie B&B. Dichtbij trein en bus. Aardige eigenaresse. Een ontbijt verderop in een klein zaakje waar alleen maar Italianen komen. Super leuk om daar te ontbijten en is niet te veel en niet te weinig. Loop afstand van het Sint Pieter. Het is rustig gelegen.

Excellent Stay

It was a good stay. Demi's Home is clean and comes with absolutely beautiful rooms with a personal balcony where you can smoke or people watch. The owner Cinzia is a very nice lady who took the effort to seat me down and explain to me concisely on how to go around ROME and what are the various landmarks to visit. Vatican City is a nice 7minutes walk away. When you stay at Demi's Home there is ABSOLUTELY no need for you to take the Metro to get around Rome (Rome's Metro system sucks anyway - Overcrowded and Confusing), there is a bus no. 916 near Demi's Home that goes straight to the heart of Rome in 10minutes and from there you can visit places like the Coliseum, Pantheon, Spanish Steps etc etc. Breakfast is at a nearby bistro and the food is delicious. I will definitely stay at Demi's Home again if I ever come back to Rome and I highly recommend anyone who wants to visit Rome to stay there too.
