A comfortable 40-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 2 people, located on the first floor of a renovated historic building (one step to enter). The property is located in the Trastevere neighborhood, and paid parking is available on the street (blue lines) or at the Garage Ponte Sisto, a 5-minute walk away.

The restricted traffic zone (ZTL) is in effect from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The apartment consists of a living room with a sleeping area separated from the living area, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.



The apartment is laid out as follows:

- LIVING AREA with a sofa and a counter with 4 stools.

- SLEEPING AREA with a double bed (160x190), closet.

- KITCHENETTE with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and moka pot.

- BATHROOM with bidet, shower, and toilet.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: A/C, unlimited Wi-Fi, heating, iron and ironing board, clothesline, washing machine, hair dryer.

The apartment is located in the heart of Trastevere’s nightlife, Rome’s bohemian neighborhood, home to countless trattorias and restaurants that serve traditional Roman cuisine. There are also bars and pubs that fill up with young people in the evening, especially around Piazza Callisto and Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere.

The location is ideal for exploring the capital on foot and immersing yourself in the true Roman spirit.

If you’re traveling by car, you can park for a fee (blue-line parking) on the surrounding streets or at the Ponte Sisto Garage, a 5-minute walk away. The restricted traffic zone (ZTL) is in effect from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.



The entire home is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.



At check-in, we will need to record the details of each guest as required by Italian law; therefore, you will be asked to present a valid ID.

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Rome, which is €6.00 per person per night.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.
