Room way TOO small for the price

The room and bathroom was very clean. The room was very tiny no where to really sit down and relax other than the bed.

Great Stay in Central Rome

This is a great hotel very close to the Spanish steps and shopping. It was very centrally located and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a great breakfast option and has a lot of charm

Great staff

Very helpful and competent staff all during the stay. The Breakfast Room is fantastic. The surrounding area can be a little noisy but it is close and convenient to so many attractions. Would definitely stay there again.

The location is wonderful! It is on a quiet and very beautiful street. the room is very small but I saw that there are bigger rooms. It's very clean but I saw some moths on the floor of the room.

Stayed here for a few days before a six nations rugby game. The room was small and the hair drier attached to the bathroom wall was next to useless for my wife. Did not eat in the hotel as there are many cafés and restaurants near by. great location for exploring Rome.

Excellent location, walking distance to all the monuments and shopping stores and restaurants. Very nice, friendly, informative and professional staff. The only problem was that Uber wouldn't pick you up from the hotel in that area and we had to walk with our luggages to meet the driver few streets away, and it's really difficult to roll the luggages on those streets uneven stone pavements. But overall we had a great experience of this hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel before, and it has always been very good. Reception friendly and efficient, and breakfast was good. The shower in my room does need a bit of work as some of the tiles were missing and there were some tiles that needed cleaning. You can't beat the location just a little over a block from the Spanish Steps and some really good restaurants. This was a family trip and we had 3 rooms

Hotel Forte is perfectly located as you’re within walking distance of the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain and tons of amazing shopping and restaurants. Morning breakfast was delicious. I happen to be in Rome in April, and we experienced a bit of a heat wave. I will say the air conditioning in my tiny room just wasn’t adjustable or sufficient. I had to sleep with the window open all night long. The staff, however, was very friendly and responsive.

Excellent hotel and location walking 3 min to Spanish Steps. The hotel and the front desk is located in second floor arriving there don’t get confused just take the elevator up. Continental breakfast costs 7euro per person you can pay daily. Small fridge inside the room I suggest buy water from the markets and stock it up you will need it for the summer . Do not travel in July and August it’s extremely hot and humid. Take flip flops tennis shoes will cook your feet walking over the black cobblestones.

This hotel was in a great location. In the heart of Rome so walkable to Trevor Fountain (10 minutes), Spanish Steps (7 minutes), shopping galore. It’s located on a small quiet street across from Miu Miu & Chanel, Gucci just around the corner. Also, banks, restaurants (Dilla Restaurant-highly recommend) all around so the location is perfect. The hotel, however, is so very old and dirty. I stayed in the triple room (double bed & 1 twin bed downstairs with the bathroom) & the last night was $650 Euro which was exorbitant for a tiny room with no light. It was dingy & musty and the bathroom was horrible (moldy). I love the staff who was very friendly & helpful but the hotel was terrible. So, if you stay there, bring a candle to mask the smell. Don’t say you were NOT warned.

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. The hotel is completely outdated, the room was very dirty. Aside from the fact that the room was very outdated and the decor was old and dark. The room I stayed in was extremely dirty! The walls had stains on it, the mattress was a hard cardboard, the bathroom tiles were grimy and the bathroom ceiling near the shower had mold. I paid $900 a night (taxes included) for this hotel… I was expecting for the rooms to at least be clean and fresh. It was completely overpriced for what it is and was a total waste of money! The only upside was the location and the friendly staff.

Great location!
