Clean and spacious, private entree in friendly area. Pleasant staff.
SiT busstop from/to Rome FCO airport just around the corner, and perfect location to all the highlights within good walking distance.
We loved our stay! The lift made it easier to bring our luggage upstairs. The jacuzzi was very comfortable and relaxing. The room and bathroom were very modern. The hotel is right in the city but it’s very quiet inside. You can’t hear the street noise or the neighbours next to you.
The only thing that was tricky is the check in, as there isn’t usually anyone there to answer the door or let you in. Make sure you message them on WhatsApp for check in instructions. The details they send you are very helpful. It was easy once we had the instructions and we didn’t have any issues after that.
Very quiet an comfortable room. Make sure you contact the hotel before your arrival. There is usually no-one at at the front desk

3/5 stars. An honest review.
3/5 stars. Overall, the positives of this accommodation include its cleanliness and convenient location. However, occasional power outages resulting in electrical issues, said to be due to “work on the street”, were a notable drawback.
Communication with staff varied; while contacting the "main office" via WhatsApp brought pretty quick responses, the lack of on-site presence limited immediate assistance. During outages, we couldn't use appliances like the hob or kettle (as they tripped the electrics), with the response being, "it's not our fault, what can we do about it?" Whilst this may be true, it left us disgruntled and with few options.
Staff presence was minimal, aside from initial check-in and sporadic cleaning. Thus, for major concerns, relying on WhatsApp communication is advised. Despite a number of inconveniences, it's a decent place, but guests should be prepared to handle issues independently.
I never got to the point of seeing the room. I was unable to get into the property. When I messaged the hotel for assistance after awhile the man became very rude. BE WARNED! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! The experience was a nightmare. It is actually more like a hostel than a hotel.
The hotel is excellently placed to get to all the main spots in Rome but in a lovely quiet area so you can step away from it, plus you are only 5-6 minutes away from a Metro station. The room was incredibly spacious, modern and clean. And I have to make a special mention for the incredible staff who were not only very friendly, warm and welcoming but went above and beyond when we had an emergency. I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend this hotel as an ideal place to stay when visiting Rome and its surrounding area.
Pluses (big ones):
- location: close to metro station, walking distance to Vatican, well-equipped carrefour express shop less than 50 meters away, plenty of good restaurants in 200 meter radius, including Michelin-certified
- clean
- everything inside looks quite new
- jakuzzi for two persons (although I had no time to use it)
Minuses (small ones but a nuisance):
- the pressure of hot water is a bit small (ok for washing hands, but it takes time to wash long hair)
- there is no shelf in the bathroom to put your stuff (even the windowsill cannot be used for this purpose - there is some extra-narrow version which can hold nothing)
The actual hotel is not your typical hotel. Its some rooms inside an apartment in a residential building. But thats ok the rooms are a good size, bathroom was nice and good size, windows opened and refreshing breeze was available. Was very quiet. The lift is quaint very old style lift with a cage you open then 2nd set of doors to open. Not a lot of room in it but its ok. Very secure. Unfortunately however if you need help you have to email or similar as no staff on site which was dissapointing was a little impersonal. So any issue can take some time to resolve although in general response was fairly quick most times. Air-conditioning was available but no remote in the room. Big issue was hot water we had none in morning both days yet working in afternoon. The person we email tried saying its all ok implying its us but we had it in afternoon but no matter what could not get any in morning which was annoying. Just as a note ensure you get the full instructions as its important or you will have an interesting time trying to get in as we found out. The building is non descript so you need to look out for it. Very close to train station which is the line for all major attractions except colesseumn but still not far fro. Hotel easy to get to but it covers Spanish steps, trevi fountain and others. Good resturants around the area.

Was onduidelijk.
Goed verzorgd
Heerlijk bed
