Luxury Charming Home Piazza Navona Viewing Terrace

Located in the heart of the "Eternal City" just a few steps from Piazza Navona, "Maison Decò" is a 17th-century loft that places you right in the heart of the city's most elegant neighborhood and immerses you in the history and beauty of Rome. Guests can visit Rome's most important monuments on foot and explore the many tourist attractions, restaurants, bars, and shops in the area.

Spanning three levels, the spacious Ancient Turret (150 Sqm) was completely renovated by an Italian architect who reimagined the interiors for modern living, using materials and subtle design updates that honor its historic past. The exposed rustic beams and ancient turret are paired with both contemporary and period-style elements, featuring prestigious furniture and artwork contributed by famous photographers.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (WITH ELEVATOR) and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has 3 levels:
- 1st level - it consists of a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen and what we call a "winter garden," where you can enjoy a view of Rome's historic rooftops while sitting on our veranda. There is also a blue-and-gold themed master bedroom with a double bed, a green and pink master bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower decorated with marble and wood beams.

- 2nd level - here you'll find a spacious master suite with a double bed and a sofa bed, featuring large windows all around the room overlooking the historic rooftops of Rome, the Basilica of Sant'Andrea della Valle, the Altare della Patria, and the Pantheon's rooftop. It also features a flower-filled terrace with original exposed brickwork and a small powder room.

- 3rd level - A charming spa room with a walk-in shower, chromotherapy, sound system, and windows all around offering breathtaking views.


UPON YOUR ARRIVAL, you are required to pay:
- City tax of 3.5 euros per person per night is mandatory
- Children up to 10 years old are exempt from city tax!
- Standard hotel fee including fresh bed linens, a set of towels, and toiletries: 100€

Late check-in is guaranteed only by scheduling an appointment in advance:

- (from 8:00 p.m.) an extra fee of 30 euro will be charged.
- (from midnight) an additional fee of 50 euros will be charged.

For late arrivals after 1:00 a.m., access to the property cannot be guaranteed.

If a set of keys is missing at check-out, a charge of 100€ will apply.

Due to recent complaints about loud or disruptive noises at night, if our guests are found to be disturbing the peace of our neighbors, they may be fined up to 500€.

OTHER HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets
- Respect the entire apartment and treat it with care
- Follow recycling guidelines
- Respect neighbors (No noise after 10 p.m.)
- Pots and dishes must be washed immediately after use to prevent the spread of bacteria and unpleasant odors in the apartment.
- Lights and air conditioning units must be turned off when you are not at home

ROME LOCAL LAW - ID REQUIREMENTS
Under Italian law, any guest staying in any type of accommodation must present a form of identification upon arrival so that the host can register them with the local police headquarters within 1 day of your arrival in Rome.

To make our guests feel extra special, we also offer the following services:
- €100 Hotel amenities (bedding, towel sets, toiletries, etc.) – mandatory fee
- Early check-in starting at 10:30 AM (luggage drop-off only; please send us a message first to check availability)
- Return transfer from the airport/train station/port/etc.
- Luggage storage upon check-out
- Skip-the-line tickets, tours, and authentic Roman experiences such as cooking classes, wine & aperitivo tours, etc.
- Bike, Vespa, etc. rentals
- Restaurant and bar recommendations (non-touristy)
- Linen change / mid-stay cleaning
- Baby crib & high chair
