This is a hotel where the staff are at another hotel within Rome but they communicate very effectively through the Hotels.com app. We downloade the WhatsApp and was easily able to communicate that way. Seemed weird at first for a hotel but ended up being great. It felt like you had your own flat in Rome vs a hotel room. Room service for cleaning everday. The hotel is in a great location and a very high end part of Rome.

We were happy with our stay at this property. One block away from the crowds so it is quiet yet still very convenient to go out and visit the city. Any questions we had were answered right away and they give lots of information about things to see and do in Rome.

Great location for a lot of Rome's main landmarks within walking distance. The room service was fast and amazing. The room was much larger than we thought it would be. My wife and I loved it and would book it again for sure.

My stay at Mood 44 was wonderful! It’s right in the middle of shops and restaurants, but you’d never know it inside your sound-proof room. The check-in was simple and well explained, and although I didn’t see any staff on property, they responded very promptly to all of my messages and questions. Very grateful they could accommodate me at the last minute, and thankful to stay in this wonderful place.

It us a great location, convenient to all main attractions. Walking distance with great dining options nearby. Very clean and modern interior. The staff is great and very helpful. Take advantage of the airport transfer they offer. However, the only disappointment is that there is NO expresso machine in the room, in fact, no coffee maker in the room at all and you have to go to the nearby cafe in the next block. Also, be aware that there are no staff in this building at all. This is not clear when you make the booking.

Recommend

This is a satellite hotel of Hotel Campo de’ Fiori, so there is no reception staff on site, but they are available through email and WhatsApp, and they are very responsive to any request. Our bath water was lukewarm on arrival; they fixed it the next morning. Our unit had a lovely soaking bathtub that was perfect after 20k steps, but other units have only a shower. The beds are extra firm; I have a sleep number bed set at 65 and this was firmer than that. I was counting on doing laundry, but there is no self-service laundry on site. There is a service a few doors down, open 8-5, which did not work with our touring plan. Otherwise, everything was clean and in good working order, and we had a very pleasant stay. There are plenty of food options in the immediate area, and the Colosseum and the Vatican are each about a mile away, in opposite directions. The Trevi fountain is about an 8-minute stroll. I would email the hotel after booking so they have direct communication with you. Hotels.com did not coordinate that well. I liked this hotel.
