Napolehome Luxury Apartment can accommodate up to 9 people. It is located in a prestigious historic building in the heart of the Esquilino district, just a stone’s throw from the famous Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. The Colosseum and the Spanish Steps are a 15-minute walk away.

The apartment has two bedrooms: the first is a quadruple room with a double bed, two single beds, and an en-suite bathroom; the second is a triple room with a double bed and a single bed. In the spacious living room—which is completely separate from the other rooms—there is a comfortable double sofa bed.

Both bathrooms are fully equipped with a shower tray, and you’ll also find a hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, and towels. The comfortable living room is the perfect place to unwind; it features a large and comfortable double sofa bed, a smart TV, a kitchen, a dining area, and a laundry area with a washer-dryer and iron for guests’ full use.

The house was renovated in June 2024, so it offers all the benefits of a modern, well-equipped home. Attention has been paid to even the smallest details. During your stay, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire apartment. You can enjoy the spacious living room and kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the cooking utensils you’ll need, as well as small appliances such as a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle—and you’re welcome to use everything, including the laundry area.

The apartment is located on the second floor (with an elevator) of a historic building in the city. The location is ideal for those who want to explore the city on foot or by public transportation: the Metro Line A stop is just 100 meters away, Termini Station is 300 meters away, and the historic center is a 10-minute walk. Furthermore, the area is full of restaurants, bars, and shops where you can fully experience the Roman atmosphere.

The apartment is equipped with the necessary sheets and towels for guests; it can be prepared for stays with children, and a crib is available upon request. Check-in is available after 3:00 p.m.; you’re welcome to arrive earlier to drop off your luggage, and we’ll be happy to let you into the apartment before that time if the property is available. Similarly, the 10:00 a.m. check-out time can be extended for an additional fee, provided it doesn’t conflict with subsequent reservations. We can accommodate groups of up to 20 people by combining this apartment with another 11-person apartment located nearby.
