No hemos tenido una buena experiencia. A pesar de solicitar que encendieran la calefacción varias veces, no funcionaba y hemos pasado frío. El secador se quema a los 2 minutos y deja de funcionar, nos han cobrado las tasas mas altas de lo que ponía en la web y no nos han querido dar recibo del pago y encima nos han exigido pagarlas en efectivo teniendo que ir a un cajero a sacar dinero. Además el hotel está en la zona es de bares y discotecas y la música se escucha muy fuerte dentro de la habitación hasta las 2 de la mañana. No recomiendo este hotel.

We stayed twice in Navona the time we are in Italy. The first we were upgraded to a big beautiful room. The next time no more freebie. But both times we were so close to the noise that persists still after midnight. Can you imagine non stop noise? Then if we get a private vehicle you cannot just come in where Navona is. There is a ban at certain time for vehicle that are private. That was a great hassle. Many restaurants to pick everywhere. Many good and not so good food ( because it is too salty like salt is on sale they need to use it all). There’s ATM inside the hotel which is great because at least you are safe from the many pickpockets in Italy.

We came to Navona twice. The first time we were upgraded. The 2nd time it was in a small room. But in both times, we were placed near the very noisy street which we could not appreciate. The rooms though are beautiful and clean. If you pay breakfast it is truly great!

Great location. However we did not get the room that we booked. Instead we got an attic with no windows. When I told the receptionist that it’s not the room I booked, he told me I got an upgrade…. Right. Changed the room the next day only. At checkout I was asked to pay the city tax in cash. Cash only. Which is strange.

Tourist tax was required to be paid by cash only, and it was charged when arriving to the hotel, and there was no receipt of the tax given to us. Also, the amount of the tax was bigger than what was told beforehand. Hotel was clean, despite some minor things. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were friendly as well. Most of the reception staff were friendy too. Air conditioning in the rooms were a positive.
