The location was good and quiet, but the facility was not. We arrived in our room to find a broken toilet seat, a ceiling pendant light hanging only by a screw, and a shower panel in poor condition. Hope they fix before someone else use it.

Hidden gem, great location

Absolutely no regrets. I was a little worried about other’s reviews but having been to Italy a number of times this is a very normal accommodation. The neighbourhood is great and we walked to most everything except the vatican. The price was fantastic and the room was quiet. Thank you.

It was a nice hotel. The room was small but neat and had everything we needed. We got the code to enter the hotel by text message which worked really well. There is a bus stop around the corner which makes it really easy to get around. The area feels safe to walk around also late at night. I'll definitely come back next time I go to Rome.

We got lucky and another person staying there let us inside so we could call for a check-in. Without them, who knows how long we'd be stuck outside. The area around is sketchy AF but that's not their fault, just be aware. The room was fine, did the job and had met our needs. The room was in need of some basic repairs but nothjng major.

Good and cheap place to sleep when travelling

I stayed 1 night, for the price, the place is fine, you have a room to sleep, and it's clean. It's not a 5 star hotel, you get what you pay for. I was worried due to other reviews, but if you are looking for a place to sleep and have a private bathroom, the place is good. I was given the codes to check in before my arrival. The only thing a faced is that there's no phone signal or Internet in the room. But other than that, it was really fine for the price and the communication with the host was good and helpful.

This is a good property if you are traveling on a budget. Convenient location and about 8min walk to Metro and 20min walk to Trevi Fountain. Faculties in room a bit run down and really just a place to sleep for the night. They were kind enough for me to leave my suitcase there after Check-out to explore the city, which was a great plus. You do not meet anybody, as not a normal hotel; they will send you codes of how to gain access to the rooms etc, so no room key. So need to have WhatsApp.

È stata difficile da trovare ma grazie alla receptionist disponibilissima ce l’abbiamo fatta. Molto comodo il check in con i codici. Stanza non grandissima ma comunque carina. Durante la notte abbiamo sentito bambini piangere e la porta sbattere. A parte questo il letto era comodo e abbiamo dormito bene. La doccia però era rotta.

In need of repair

The shower had mold in it, the ceiling above bed had mold, the shower did not drain, at the end of a quick shower there was 2 inches of standing water in it. The TV had no stations. The walls were beat up, if there was something else available we would have left. The area is cute around it.

Det har intet med et hotel at gøre, men nærmere privatudlejlning. Der var ikke så nemt at finde, og der var ingen reception. Værelset var meget slidt generelt, og fler ting i lejligheden var defekte. Det var dyrt i forhold til stand og beliggenhed.

El proceso de entrada fue espantoso, porque no hay nadie nunca que te ayude. Cuando pasan a limpiar otras habitaciones, el ruido es infernal y además la habitación huele mucho a humedad, la ducha es horrible, no hay siquiera una cortina que cubra toda la superficie, el lavabo prácticamente suelto

La casa de huésped y en la habitación se entra con un código el dueño nos no nos lo proporcionó y nos tuvimos que ir a buscar la vida nos intentamos poner en contacto con él en varias ocasiones y nunca nos cogió el teléfono desaconsejo totalmente que contratéis este alojamiento
