Excellent property—highly recommended!
The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, and the location was absolutely perfect. It’s very close to Termini Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around Rome. I would definitely stay here again!
The staff was amazing. Leonardo was great! The location is convenient to the train station, coliseum and Pantheon but like anywhere in Rome be prepared to walk a bit.
Super clean, kind staff, couldn’t ask for much more! The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay great. Not to mention, the connected restaurant has fabulous food!
Staff were amazing. They were super helpful. The room was large and clean, although a bit dark. It was quiet even though we were by a road. It was a great location right next to St Maria Maggiore basilica and an 8-11 minute walk from the train station. It felt very safe even at night. Breakfast was really good for €15. I would definitely stay again.
TLDR - I would completely avoid this hotel at all costs.
Pros of this hotel: it’s in a prime location, walkable and close to Termini which gets you to and from the airport quickly. And access to other high-speed trains. The front desk staff member is very nice. The restaurant attached to the hotel offers great breakfast options. Elevator in the hotel.
Cons: this hotel is NOT a 4-star by any means.
Damages/mold:
There was serious water damage in our hotel room from the ceiling, down the walls, wallpaper peeling, and in the bathroom (see attached). This is noticeably obvious when it comes to breathing in the room. There has to be mold or some build-up behind the walls and I wouldn’t recommend it if anyone has health issues as this could impact them more. There’s also noticeable damage on the floors from either when they re-stained it or there were some chemical spill and footprints left after it.
Water:
This was one of the biggest issues for the stay. We had no hot water for 3 ouf of the 5 nights we stayed. Including the first day. After travelling for hours we unfortunately arrived at not being able to take a hot shower. This was for our first two nights and for our last night as well. In addition to that, the water pressure is horrendous from the shower. When it was working with hot water, you’d barely get any water coming out of the faucet. The showers are completely open as well so be prepared to have water all around your toilet and in front of your shower.
The staff were incredible. Leonardo went out of his way to assist in our travel needs even when it involved going fron the port to another hotel and then from that hotel to the airport. GREAT location
Staff was very helpful in providing direction and calling taxi for us when uber drivers cancelled our ride. Room clean, private bathroom was excellent, and attached restaurant good for breakfast pastry and late night snack.
Great hotel with a lovely room with a view of the square. Staff were great, especially Leo who was very friendly and helpful.
Only down side was the shower didn't have great water pressure and was leaking.
We had a very comfortable stay in a great location. The reception staff were absolutely fantastic, all went above and beyond to help where they could, it was a pleasure to get acquainted with them, Davide in particular.
Have no complaints about our stay at all and would recommend.
Absolutely amazing experience. Right next to the bus and train station so easy access to transportation. Staff was amazing. The breakfast is divine at the hotel too. Overall 100/10
The staff especially Leo was very helpful! With recommendations to great restaurants and just very friendly.
The only downfall that we had was the air conditioning wasn’t keeping our room cool enough for three people.
