I’ve been robbed at the hotel I won’t back anymore. They ruined my holiday at Rome. And the worse is that nobody wants to take any responsibility for the robbery

Everything was good except water get spilled to bathroom floor when using shower. They should have shower curtain or something similar. WiFi is a little weak and I had to go upstair to get better reception.

Atendentes simpáticos, região boa com restaurantes bons e preços justos , porém abaixo da estação do metrô os preços de comida caem mais , o hotel e antigo , o quarto é grande e duplex, banheiro e uma mini sala em baixo e o quarto em cima. O banheiro é reformado novo . Do hotel até o coliseu da para ir caminhando tranquilamente e por uma rua onde se tem varias lojas de roupas e ótimos preços, mesmo o euro estando alto sai mais barato que no Brasil .

We couldn't stay in a dirty room with broken beds and broken air conditioning system that cant be repaired, so we left and incurred another cost at another hotel

Struttura già usata, ben posizionata per muoversi con i mezzi. Le parti comuni sono molto trascurate non rendono giustizia elle camere molto confortevoli. Il personale è gentile ma la colazione va migliorata

A deflating situation from moment of arrival

Got a phone call 24hrs prior to staying in Rome with regards to staying at the Liberty Boutique Hotel which allegedly was closed due to maintenance work.. We were offered the Prince Galles as an alternative and we were assured by Expedia that this would be an upgrade offered due to the inconvenience and the short notice. So, being in a situation of having just internet access limited to my partners phone we looked it up and saw a typical picture of the building but couldn’t get pictures of the interior and being in Naples and at this point panicking we decided to take it. Big mistake..... The room was big with ensuite facilities the only pros. The cons were endless.. very old fashioned and dark in decor. A cloth material covering the walls and ceiling, making it feel like a padded cell. 4 out of 8 light bulbs were not working. A lot of dust under and around furniture. For some reason they turn off the air con this time of the year and bearing in mind that the temperature reached highs of 25’C in the day the room felt very hot and sticky at night and I did not sleep at all well. I even asked for a fan to at least circulate the air around the room. They did not have one that we could use. That really got my back up. Our original booking was for a room with a queen size bed, we ended up with twin beds. In my eyes it was most certainly deflating from when we first got there to when we left and we feel this all could of been avoided earlier or at least before we left the UK

Recomendável apenas para 1 noite ou nenhuma opção

Localização muito boa, há duas quadras da Estação Central, porém durante a noite precisa ter mais atenção e evitar caminhar a noite, como em todas as outras cidades cujo os hotéis são próximos à Estação Central. Café da manhã extremante basico, nem sei se vale a pena pagar por ele. Elevador pavoroso, só cabem a malas, o hotel está mal conservado, é muito antigo e as camas são desconfortáveis. O quarto para 3 ou 4 pessoas há um sofá cama muito ruim além de ser muito escuro.

Très bel hotel à Rome

Immense chambre sur 2 étages, très propre, personnel aimable et aidant. à quelques pas de la gare mais dans un quartier tranquille. Pas très moderne comme décoration mais tout fonctionne. Toutefois l'hotel est dans 2 bâtiments qui sont dos à dos et on doit sortir dehors et faire le tour pour aller déjeuner. Déjeuner qui était correct. Il n'y avait pas de fruits frais comparé aux autres hotels lors de notre séjour en Italie.

Hotel a pochi metri dalla Stazione Termini pulito e silenzioso, personale molto cortese e gentile. Camera ordinata, bagno grande e spazioso, ottima colazione. Da consigliare sicuramente.

Very good acommodation near termini station

Nice hotel near Termini station, just a five minutes walk. Spacious and clean room with all the necessary to spend a three night trip in Rome. My girlfriend and I were surprised by the dimension of our room, including the bathroom. The receptionists, all of them, were very friendly towards us. Both the check-in and the check-out were easy and quick. Although we did not try the restaurant or had breakfast, I would recommend the hotel 100%.

Fikk et rom som skulle være stille og det var bra. Det var 3 senger og stort rom. Første sengen var det veldig dårlig madrass, men jeg var så sliten at jeg ble liggende på den. Neste to netter valgte jeg en annen seng, helt OK! Veldig bra frokost buffet! Kommer absolutt tilbake!

Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Termini. Einziges Manko war der Föhn, der zieht die langen Haare in die Lüftungsschlitze. Der Safe liess sich auch nicht schliessen. Ansonsten war ich sehr zufrieden. Gerne wieder.

El personal muy atento, nos ayudaron en muchas cosas, pero al hotel le hacía falta una mano de pintura y una reforma en el baño, había humedades, la ducha estaba rota y el soporte de la ducha oxidado.

It was good experience for me for 3 days. Room was really good, big room with cleaned bathroom and cleaned bed.bad things: WiFi Internet connection...very bad to connect and also speed is horribly slow.I could not send any picture with whatsapp. Please improve this as it's very important for everybody

Perfeito custo x benefício

O hotel é muito bem localizado, porque está próximo a estação Termini além de estar muito próximo ao centro. Então com 2 estações você está próxima ao principais pontos turísticos como Coliseu, Fórum Romano e Circulo máximo. Vale a pena!
