Completely and tastefully renovated apartment located in an ancient building located in the immediate vicinity (100 meters) of the colonnade of San Pietro. Fourth and top floor with lift, quiet, external view on three sides is composed of: large entrance hall, 2 large bedrooms, one with a double bed and private bathroom and one with two single beds, (in both bedrooms it is possible to add on request a third bed), second bathroom, equipped kitchen (dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery) with dishwasher, washing machine, food processor, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster and other kitchen utensils, living room with sofa bed double bed, dining table for 8 people, air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the lounge, TV-SAT, WI-FI.
Accessories for the little ones, cot, high chair, changing table, bottle warmer and toys. Complete linen for bathroom, bed, kitchen and cot, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Upon your arrival you will find everything you need for your breakfast (milk, tea, rusks, butter, yoghurt, biscuits, orange juice, jam, coffee / waffles)
Next to the entrance door of the building there is a pharmacy, bank, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, food shops of all kinds including supermarkets
Being in the central area, the apartment is connected by various means (bus, train, metro) to all the tourist sites in Rome.

Perfect location and setup for large family

The apartment is everything you could ask for in accommodation and location. We spent 3 nights with 5 kids and it was wonderful! Close to everything and we would definitely look to stay here again.

Great spot, close to train station and across from St. Peter’s and the Vatican grounds.

Host met us on site to show us the property. Was easy and close to St. Peter’s where we got to witness the conclave and the election of the new pope! Lots of stores and restaurants in the area.

Wonderful Stay in Rome

Apartment/flat was in a wonderful location, very spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. Could not be better situated for visiting the Vatican! There is a lift and a great restaurant just below the flat as well. Would totally stay there again.

Great location!

This apartment was in a great location as you can see the top of St Peter's Basilica from your window. Very clean, lots of space and the air conditioning in every room was a welcome bonus.

Super stay and great location

Literally across the street from the Vatican, you can be in St Peter’s Square in under 5 minutes. Plenty of restaurants and grocery markets nearby. Great touch with jam, butter, and toast available. We were even able to check in early which was great. Had a great stay and would stay again.

Best Accommodation near Vatican City

Excellent accommodation. Very clean and tidy, spacious, and comfortable. Carla is super attentive and takes care of every detail of the trip, including transportation and anything we might need. Wonderful place that felt safe.

We had everything we needed and more. Carla was super helpful in getting us a driver to pick us up at the airport and take us back. She had her son meet us at the apartment to go over things and show us around. We were close to everything and enjoyed the little cafe right under us. It was was nice to come “home” to a warm, cozy place after a long day of sightseeing. Thank you Carla for all your help and for providing a wonderful place to stay.

Perfect Location!

The apartment is a gem. It is great having two bathrooms and two separate bedrooms It is truly steps from St. Peter's Square. The local bus stopes are right outside the building. If you prefer a taxi, they are down the street. The neighborhood is wonderful. The hosts are very kind and very helpful. I will stay again.

Large apartment walking distance to St Peter's Square

Large apartment within walking distance to St Peter's Basilica and Square, with Vatican Museum entrance just a few blocks farther. Apartment was very warm when we checked in, and it took a while to cool down, but that didn't concern us too much as we were out all day. Carla also arranged transportation to and from the apartment for us.

Great apartment

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Carla's apartment near the Vatican. Check in went very smoothly. Her son met us and showed us around the apartment, provided us with tips and good information about the surrounding area. Carla was very responsive to questions and helped us with a driver from the airport upon arrival and to the train staion upon departure. We enjoyed our stay in Rome and at Carla's lovely apartment. Visiting Rome is like walking into a history book. Fantastic city, friendly locals and the food delicious. We will be back!

It was wonderful. Right next to St. Peter's. Lots of convenience right there with markets, restaurants, pharmacy, gelato. It was so easy for us to get to and from anywhere.Carla was helpful with anything that we needed. I would book my next stay around this locations availability. It was wonderful.
