Nice room, friendly staff, super unique elevator, good location, super clean. Really had a nice time. Down sides can be dealt with in time. Entryway is unmarked and unwelcoming, bathrooms had no shelving, making toiletries awkward. Bathrooms were otherwise well appointed. And you are in Rome, of course, which is awesome.

The place was spotless, the staff is helpful and the location is killer good. The shower nozzle was so loose as to be almost unusable. They came and fixed that. The pipe leaked under the sink and they came and fixed that. The ac was so cold at night we turned it down and it stopped working. They came and fixed it and told us not to touch it. We froze, went down to 16 at night with just a sheet. Crazy uncomfortable and I love it cool. Mold underneath the air conditioner. They came and cleaned it but who knows what’s going on behind the unit. So, we had some issues and asked for some financial compensation. We were told we would get 20 percent off our next stay. This is laughable for the obvious reason and when we checked out we got a messsage offering the same discount when we returned . Maybe we just had a bad room.

The staff were very helpful in arranging our transportation. The room was lovely and clean. It was difficult to find the lobby. More signs would have been helpful. There really was no lobby. Just a few desks and chairs. The elevator and stairs were shared with other businesses. The elevator was quite small, but it worked.

Great location and clean room

We enjoyed our stay here - the location was great with easy access to so much we wanted to do in Rome. The room was clean and the AC worked really well. Our one complaint is that the bathroom is quite small and uncomfortable. One hopefully helpful note is that we had trouble walking to the hotel from the Spagna train station. It should only be about a 12 minute walk, but we learned (the hard way) that if you come out the wrong entrance from the station it can take closer to 30... so be sure to check your map when leaving the station on the way to the hotel.

1. 판테온, 트레비 분수, 나보나 광장, 스페인 계단 도보로 10분에서 20분 이내 위치 정말 편리함을 실감함. 그중 판테온이 가장 가까움. 2. 외부 자동차 소리나 행인들의 시끄러운 소리가 전혀 들리지 않고 조용함. 3. 에어컨 시원하게 잘 작동함. 4. 특히 감동적인 것은 스페인 광장에서 정면으로 보이는 직선 도로를 따라 가면 숙소 근처가 됨. 이곳에서 뒤돌아 보면 스페인 광장이 직선 끝에 너무 가깝게 보임

MUY AGRADABLE

Alojamiento muy centrico, se puede acceder a pie a todos los monumentos de la zona. El aire acondicionado funcionó de maravilla, cosa que agradecimos mucho. La habitacion y el baño muy espaciosos, y muy limpios. Las chicas de recepción muy serviciales, siempre estan dispuestas a resolver cualquier petición. Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable, muchas gracias!

Una zona súper conveniente para conocer Roma

El personal súper atento, nos primeros dejar las maletas antes del check in y después del check out lo cual se valora muchísimo pues así pudimos aprovechar Roma al máximo Está en una zona donde todos los lugares de interés y turísticos te queda muy accesible caminando
