Completely renovated and finely restructured, this luminous and cozy apartment, has 3 double bedrooms with A.C., 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen where 6 people can sit easily.
The location is inside one of the most characteristic and wonderful neighborhoods of Rome, where you can enjoy the typical roman lifestyle and taste the famous italian kitchen with many good restaurants nearby.
You can easily walk to the main monuments such as the Colosseum, Trevi’s Fountain, Piazza Navona and St. Peter’s Square, as well as to the main shopping streets. The apartment is just a few steps from Trilussa Square and St Mary in Trastevere, one of the centers of Roman nightlife and, at the same time, in a position that allows quiet during night hours. There are also a supermarket and many small shops nearby, where you can find everything you may need.
There are connections by bus and tram to the other areas of the city, to the main train station (Termini) and, by train, to Fiumicino Airport.
Get enchanted by this ancient neighborhood, where even the tiniest street hides a wonderful romantic story to discover.

Great Location. Helpful Host!

The pictures don’t do the property justice! The apartment is spacious and bright with lots of natural light. The elevator is a plus if you have heavy luggage. Marco was extremely helpful with arranging our transfers. We would definitely stay here again!

Trastevere Apartment

The apartment was in a great neighborhood and plenty of room for our family of four. Marco was a great host and provided excellent directions on how to get to the apartment from FCO. Marco met us at the apartment and gave us a tour and explained everything we needed. Marco was also extremely responsive during the entire process. Would definitely stay again.

Recently remodeled spacious apartment for up to 6. Excellent location for transportation, restaurants, and shopping. Marco was always available and excellent owner/concierge.

Amazing stay

We loved staying at Marco’s place, communication was great. Location was fantastic, close to everything but not in the chaos of it all. We had 4 adults and had plenty of space to sprawl out. Also close to the taxi station so getting anywhere when you’re tired of walking was easy. Thank you for your hospitality Marco!

Family visit to Rome

Our family of 5 - (three adult children) visited Rome for the first time and this apartment was the perfect home base. Great location- we walked everywhere and loved the neighborhood, too. The apartment was very clean and comfortable - a spacious set up for the 5 of us. Thank you Marco!!

A wonderful base of operations!

First of all, location. Trastevere has lots of places to eat, and is actually walkable to much of Rome’s top attractions. This particular apartment is convenient to the Belli taxi stop (Seems like 12 Euro or so got us where we wanted to go). Also convenient to a Conad (sp?) supermarket, which was great for picking up paper towels, tissues, breakfast foods, etc. Maybe a quarter of a mile past the taxi stop.We loved the convenience of an elevator, and were not bothered by street noise despite the taverna near our door.We would suggest that if you want to have top sheets, bring your own! The grout in larger bathroom could use a good scrub, but otherwise the cleanliness was fine.There is no TV in the Lounge/living room, but we did not care. Just mentioning that in case it matters to your group.Overall, we were very, very happy with this booking.

Great location

Surrounded by restaurants, next to the river and one block to taxi stand. Clean, spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms. Marco was great to work with and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend.

Spacious and centrally located

Host was very communicative and accommodating. The location is ideal for all central sights, shops and restaurants. The flat was roomy and clean. I feel it could use some upgrades on bathroom plumbing, furniture and mattresses for the price. All in all a pleasant stay and served us well.

First Family Trip To Rome

Excellent location near public transportation, food, and other amenities. The apartment is well furnished but light on design elements, which we were fine with. There is a small elevator, but really only large enough to hold one person plus luggage. There is a small washing machine but no dryer, as is common in Italy.

Fabulous large apartment in perfect location

We had a great stay in this Trastevere gem. Perfect location. The three bedrooms provided spaciousness and privacy for my husband and me, plus our two adult kids. The sitting area works, but is small and can only seat 4 people comfortably on couches, which was fine for us 4. The location is perfect for exploring Trastevere with its charming wine bars and shops. A quick walk over any of the bridges gets you easily to Rome. Ubers are plentiful when we were too tired to walk after a long day of exploring. There was street noise but one could almost completely silence it by closing the shutters. One bathroom was large and light filled; the second was quite tiny. A few suggestions to host Marco would be to provide more plentiful paper products (we had to go to the grocery store to buy more TP, paper towels). The kitchen was sparsely equipped for any real cooking but it didn't matter because we wanted to eat out anyway. One could probably make a simple pasta meal, however. Another suggestion would be to have some printed materials at the apartment with recommendations on essentials (wifi instructions, washer, heat), restaurant recommendations, local sites to see, etc. Overall, fantastic and would definitely return.

Family Trip to Rome

If your looking for a great location and comfortable space to stay in Trastevere don't pass this place up. We were five adults and the three bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect. We stayed eleven days and cooked dinner twice. The kitchen could use a couple of sharper knives for prep work, otherwise the kitchen was more than adequate. Marco was extremely easy to communicate with and we had no issues at all.

Great Location! Very large place

We stayed in this location for four nights. The location is top notch especially if you want to be close to the nightlife of Trastavere. It is very close but without the noise. It is also a close walk across the River to many of the famous sites. It is on a bus route as well. The kitchen has the basics although we just had breakfast in the apartment - we were on the go for lunch and there were so many good restaurants to try to dinner! The rooms are huge with a small living space as you enter. There are two bathrooms - one is VERY small with a very small shower - would be fine for small adult or children - not great for large adults. The other bathroom has a HUGE shower. The air conditioning works well in one room and only moderately well in the other two. We happened to be there on a very hot week. Overall great place to stay - Easy to check in and out.

Perfect location in Rome

The property presents as described in the narrative and photographs. The apartment is very large particularly for being situated in one of the busiest areas in Rome. My wife, two teenagers and I found the location perfect for a first visit to Rome. We walked to the Centro Storico to site see in the day then returned to the Trastevere in the evening to go out to dinner at one of the atmospheric restaurants. Great stay! Thank you Marco. walked to

Perfect Location

This rental is the perfect location for everything in Rome. So many restaurants, cafes, and gelato are just steps away. We stayed for 3 days in July. There is air conditioning unit in each bedroom and a fan in the family room. My only suggestion is to add portable fans to each bedroom to help circulate the air during the summer time.
