Good value for money, helpful staff, exactly as described and shown on the website and only a short walk to Vatican City. A bit hard to find for a first-time traveller because it's on the fourth floor of a bank building with no obvious signage and no reception area, but the guy who answered the phone spoke perfect English and gave clear directions.
If you’re a solo traveler on a budget, this room is fine. However, if you can afford to upgrade to a nicer place then 100% don’t stay here. The person I was in contact with (never met him, only communicated by phone) was extremely rude and at night one of the staff was always talking loudly to another individual.
The room is located in a complex that houses lawyers, private eyes, advertising agencies and some residents. This isn’t some cute bed and breakfast, it’s literally a suite of rooms in an apartment complex. The room itself was extremely small and I basically only slept there, so the size wasn’t a huge issue for me.
Overall, it’s an okay place, just certainly not what was advertised.

Good location. Bathbomb Dahlia was not so good. Shower did not spread water properly and had black dirty corners at the ground.
Was in a less touristy part of town but was able to get to the vatican in about 15 min walk. The balcony was fine but the view was of a gas station. All and all it was a fine stay to walk in rome and not to far from the metro.

No check in person. Hot water not working had to set own on balcony. People did not speak English. Had to send email to Aldo and he answered back in English as he too could not speak English. No help in helping tourists out. Will never stay again. We are use to staying in hotels which this one we thought was.
We were pleasantly surprised as the room and bathroom were a reasonable size and had a balcony (Jessenia). There was a fridge in the room but the place would have benefited from shared kitchen facilities. The room was cleaned every day and the lady doing reception/ housekeeping was very nice. She's only around in the mornings and the place is not staffed 24h like a hotel so keep this in mind when booking. We arrived in the afternoon so needed to self check in by putting a code in a key box outside, instructions were sent on the day. The area is perfectly located with a short walk to the metro station and walking distance to Vatican. Great coffee place opposite and an amazing pizza takeaway place nearby (La Pratolina). There is a 24h shop Carrefour 10 min away on the way from metro where we got some drinks and breakfast stuff.
We booked 2 halfs weeks in Rome Palermo Cagliari for Holy Week and Easter. Our airline told us because of a flight change we coukd stay longer. It was perfect for us because we bought a home for my daughters birthday. There were minor issues so we needed a last minute 7 more days stay and RSRVS told us they could only do 4 the attendant did not speak english and did not offer taxi ...she rudely opened the door and was sweeping us out..PS we tipped her well and she did this. She didnt even photo copy our passports! The location is very far from everything and tiring walks back. to stay. The train station has many stair cases to from confusing connecting trains so please have the app and wifi.To get a taxi to the airport is at least maybe an hour or more , you cant just flag a taxi
...The building attendent Eber was an angel he offered to hold our bags for 5 hours until our next hotel check. He tried calling a taxi..he told us it was very difficult. So we hauled our luggages to the train station.Lucky for us we have been to Rome over 20 times. This location is not good. Please save your precious time and money. Our favorite place is Hotel Gravina San Prieto! To this hotel here Rome Sweet Home Vatican you are charging to much for the very far location to train station that still need to connect. The bus stops nearby are the same .
Ci tornerei sicuramente!
Grazie a tutti dello staff
