No parties or events are allowed. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible. Check in is possible anytime as we have also the option for a self check in. however, we are always keen on welcoming our guests personally therefore we kindly ask you to inform us in due time of your time of arrival. On request, we can gladly order a reliable shuttle from the airport which costs less than a normal taxi. The proximity of the station of San Pietro is certainly very advantageous for connections to the airport and Termini station. Noise sensitive people might feel disturbed. A tourist tax must be paid to the City Council of Rome it's 3.50 EUR per guest per night, to be paid directly through Airbnb during the online booking process. parking is possible upon request for 10eur per day (limited availability). to be paid upon arrival. smoking allowed only on terrace
