This beautiful apartment is currently under renovation and will reopen at the end of April, the changes will be total, there will be 3 new bedrooms and 3 new bathrooms in a modern contemporary style, the photos will be updated as soon as possible, but still will reflect everyone's image our other apartments on HOMEAWAY. This apartment will have everything to give you a fantastic stay, can accommodate 10 people, is located a stone's throw from the Vatican, 50 meters from the subway entrance. This elegant 100 sqm apartment, located close to the VATICAN CITY and the most beautiful attractions of the Eternal City. It can accommodate up to 10 people giving maximum comfort, and despite being very central, it is not located in the ZTL area (limited traffic area), therefore with free access by car, which you can comfortably park a few meters away, in the guarded parking lot.
Located on the first floor in a building with lift. It consists of a large lounge / living room with sofa bed (x 2 people), a table with 6 chairs, LED TV, and air conditioning. A modern and contemporary kitchen, equipped with fridge, gas machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine, fully equipped with pots and pans, also in the apartment there is a space with washing machine and dryer. The 3 new double bedrooms are also equipped with LED TV and air conditioning, there will be three bathrooms with shower, finely finished in a modern style.
Our guests can take advantage of all the services we offer, and with the free superfast fiber optic WiFi service, they can interact throughout the house, without any limitation. Smoking and bringing pets are not allowed.
During the period of the stay, we will always be available, our guests whom we meet at check-in, will have our telephone numbers, to be available to them at any time, so they will be able to spend their stay in complete privacy, but at the same time time supported by a discreet and present service.
The neighborhood is well equipped with all services: bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, pharmacies, post offices, newsagents, banks and two large parks (Villa Carpegna and Villa Panphili). As for catering, I recommend a few meters three very nice restaurants, one called IRON and CAST IRON, which cooks meat in an excellent way, a second called RESTAURANT SORA PIA, specializing in fish-based cuisine, and also for excellent pizza, and finally if you want to taste Neapolitan specialties IL TAMBURELLO DI PULCINELLA. The IDI dermatological institute is located a few meters away and the SAN CARLO DI NANCY hospital is located at about 800 meters away, with first aid service, and finally the Ergife Congress Center.
The Bambino Gesù Pediatric Hospital, and other POLICLINICO GEMELLI hospital, are about 4 km away.
The apartment is located at the entrance of the underground LINEA ROSSA "A", stop "" Baldo degli Ubaldi ", present on site, taxi station, while at 50 meters, there is the bus stop 46/49, with the possibility to reach the historic center in a few minutes (Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Navona, Campo Dei Fiori, Trastevere etc.). If you want to walk, the Vatican City is only 15 "away, or alternatively 4 bus stops or 2 metro stops, in just 4 minutes.

How to reach us:
By Train: If the Guest arrives from Fiumicino Airport, and must arrive by car without us, he can take the train (Air-terminal), which makes it reach the central "Termini Station", from there takes the METRO-A direction "Battistini" and exit at "Baldo degli Ubaldi" stop towards piazza "Irnerio" (even numbers)
By car: take exit 1 of G. R.A. and continue along via Aurelia towards Vatican City. Our structure overlooks the large Piazza Irnerio.
