A modern one-bedroom on Via della Vite, between Via del Corso and the Spanish Steps, on the first floor of a building with a lift. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped open kitchen with new appliances, a 55" smart TV and a sofa bed for a third guest. Full bathroom plus a separate guest WC.



THE SPACE

The living room has parquet floors, a 55" smart TV and a sofa bed, and opens onto the kitchen, which has everything you need to cook: new appliances, cookware and tableware.

The bedroom, at the end of the hallway, has a double bed (152 x 203 cm), a flat-screen TV, a large wardrobe and a washer-dryer. The main bathroom has a modern shower and a hairdryer; just outside the bedroom there is a second WC with a designer washbasin.

Both the living room and the bedroom are air-conditioned, and the whole flat has fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace.



GUEST ACCESS

The whole apartment is yours for the length of your stay. We're not on site, but we're always reachable if you need anything.



THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

Via della Vite runs between Via del Corso and Piazza di Spagna, in the heart of the historic centre. The Spanish Steps are a five-minute walk away, the Trevi Fountain about the same, and Via dei Condotti, Via Frattina and Via Borgognona, with their boutiques, cafés and restaurants, are just around the corner. Historic Ristorante Nino is a few minutes away on foot.

Climb the Spanish Steps to Trinità dei Monti for the view, or follow Via del Babuino to Piazza del Popolo and walk up to the Pincio terrace at sunset; Villa Borghese is right behind it. The Pantheon and Piazza Navona are within walking distance too.



GETTING AROUND

Spagna metro station (line A) is about a seven-minute walk: from there Termini is two stops and the Vatican (Ottaviano) three. Piazza San Silvestro, one of the main bus hubs in the centre, is just around the corner.



GOOD TO KNOW

- Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am.

- Late check-in: €30 after 8:30 pm, €50 after midnight.

- One set of towels per guest is provided.

- Lost keys: €100 to replace them. If the lock has to be changed, the cost (€250-500) is charged to the guest.

- Please never leave the keys in the lock on the inside: the door can't then be opened from outside and a locksmith has to be called, at the guest's expense.
