The space

Living room and kitchen

The day area comes with a comfortable sofa bed, facing a flat screen TV, an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator, and a dining area, featuring a table with eight seats. The large windows also guarantee a steady provision of natural light throughout the day.



Bedrooms and bathrooms

The long corridor takes to the night area, composed of three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The first bedroom consists of two single beds (they can be combined into a double bed) and, on the opposite side, a flat screen TV and a large wardrobe. The second and third bedrooms have a comfortable double bed each.

Two bathrooms are equipped with a large shower and all the necessary bathroom fixtures; the third bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower.



CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

For your arrival, you can choose between a free self-check-in or an assisted check-in with extra fee. Please tell us the type of check-in you prefer. If not communicated, only the Self Check-in will be available. The assisted check-in is available on request with extra fee from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.

We remind you that an internet connection is required to enter the apartment.

You can enter the apartment by yourself from 3.00 p.m.

The standard Check-out time is up to 11.00 am.



2. ASSISTED CHECK-IN: SERVICE WITH FEE

If you prefer to be welcomed by a member of our staff, you can communicate it during your booking. We remind you that we don\'t have a reception, so we need to know the time of your arrival before 12.00 a.m. of your check-in day. Assisted check-in have an extra cost and it is available only from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.



RULES TO BE OBSERVED

-Compliance with the house rules is compulsory.

-It is forbidden for persons other than those listed in the reservation to stay overnight.

-Credit card required for pre-authorisation of 50€. The full amount will be released to your account within 3 days after check-out.
