We booked 4 rooms, some rooms didnt have natural sunlight were too dark in the day, since there wasnt enough lighting. At night, the rooms were even darker, had trouble seeing. Shower was nice. When one of our group was to get the room key later, the staff has misplaced all the information given before, and couldn't give the key out till 20 min later. Seems like that staff was not trained well.
