Notre hôte était très prévenant pour préparer notre arrivée. Logement très simple mais tout à fait correct. Très proche du métro (150m à pied) mais dangereux d'accès car pas de trottoir (du fait de travaux lors de notre présence). Le petit déjeuner était sympa, l'hôtesse essayait de varier un peu chaque matin et avait des attentions pour les enfants. Par contre point négatif, le quartier est très bruyant la nuit (circulation, chantier, train).

Would not recommend!

We had notified the hotel of our arrival time, which happened to be later in the evening. They proceeded to not show up after we waited over an hour and tried to contact them on the contact phone number. Have never contacted us back and has continued to withdraw the local taxes out of my bank account despite them failing to provide a service.

Clean, comfortable but finding it is problematic

The hotel is very close to the Rome Tiburna train station but if I had not found instructions on how to reach it I would never have found it or figured out how to get in. All of the b&bs in this area are the same and you need a phone to call the manager to come let you in. They dont speak English generally. Once you get to the room though it is very nice clean and comfortable.

I am happy expect the beak fast . When I book the place I been told we will get free breakfast,The day we went in there they gave us a packet of croissaunts and a one litre juice.then said this is our breakfast for four days for four of us. . waste was not emptied when we where there.

The service was very nice and the room was clean and I loved how close it was to the train station. However, when I first arrived I was nervous because it is located inside an apartment building on the third floor and I had trouble finding. I also had to walk up some stairs and had a large, heavy suitcase which was not fun.

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima e strategica. Manca il bidet. A capodanno ci hanno fatto la sorpresa con una bottiglia piccola di spumante, un panettone e due barrette kinder molto apprezzati. Colazione abbondante.

イタリア語の話せる日本人にはオススメ

　ホテル（B&B：マンション内の一角にある）のロケーション（駅から徒歩2分程度）や、室内のクオリティーは非常に良かったです。 　しかし、駅周辺の治安の悪さは非常に危険です。夜になるとホームレスが駅の周辺をうろつき、ホテルの前のゴミ箱を漁っていたりします。私たちは、ホームレスから襲われそうになりました。 　また、ホテルはマンションの中にあるのでフロントもなく、連絡がつかない限りオートロックの為、マンションの中には入れません。wifiで連絡を取り合っていた私たちはなんとかタクシーのおじさんに携帯で連絡を取ってもらいました。さらに、従業員の方は親切な方ですが、英語をあまり話す事ができません。 　まとめると、【イタリア語を話せる方、滞在中常に連絡ができる端末を持っている方、明るいうちにホテルに到着できる方】にのみオススメします。

Skønt ophold

Vores ophold blev til 3 i stedet for 1. Dette sted er fantastisk og tæt på metro og busstation. Service er i top og værelset er lækkert og rent.
