It's no dream. This place is a nightmare from hell

This establishment is no dream. It is a nightmare from hell. The check in was horrible. There was neither a lobby nor staff to check you in upon arrival. I waited for hours and no one showed up. I had to call several numbers to reach someone, waited some more before I was let inside the building, climb a few stair steps to get into their tiny elevators. I had to pay the guy who checked me in 3.5 euros for each night that I stayed their although my reservation was fully paid. When inquired about late check in, they said there is a 30 euro fee if I check in after 11pm. Breakfast included a past due yogurt that has mold in it. Do yourself a favor. Do not ever set foot on this establishment. You work too hard to earn your visit, do not stay here and allow such poorly run, shady establishment ruin your experience in Rome

Really nice, unassuming place with a kind and attentive staff (thanks especially to Frank!). Room was very clean, the linens and bed comfortable and the bathroom in good working order. I enjoyed my stay and will consider returning on my next trip to Rome if a room is available. The area is not too far from the main action in Trastevere and you'll appreciate the distance, since this place is much quieter at night. Highly recommended!

Like Airbnb but not as good

I was under the impression that this was a hotel style serviced apartment, what we had was a less than impressive Airbnb experience. In fact we moved out of this apartment and moved into an Airbnb appartment and the experience was far more professional and much closer to a hotel standard of presentation. I could go on but I can't be bothered.

Kleine kamer en nog kleinere badkamer met een zeer kleine douch , 1 keer in de drie dagen schone handdoeken terwijl het erg warm was in Rome,dan wil je wel douchen en dan doe je dat 2 x per dag dan gebruik je 6 x dezelfde handdoek!!! Het ontbijt is zeer matig 1 croissan met poedersuiker en pakje met 2 mini toast broodjes met jam. Algemeen zeer matig zal het niet weer boeken.

Zentrales B&B in Trastevere

Grundsätzlich ist das B&B total okay für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist zentral, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar, die Gegend ist belebt und angesagt, man kann gut Essengehen. Das B&B ist sauber und hat freundliches und unkompliziertes Personal, das Frühstück ist okay (der Kaffee ist sehr gut), das Bad ist zwar renoviert aber zum Teil etwas schimmelig (Altbau). Was leider massiv stört ist der Strassenlärm, kann man sich aber denken, wenn man Google Maps anschaut. Für ein paar Tage total okay!

Great location to see Rome

Perfect location to get out of central Rome yet be close enough to see all the attractions easily. Two tram lines had a stop a hundred feet away, there is a train that comes to Trastevere from the airport, a bus stop is a few blocks away, and a taxis stand is a few minute walk away. Most attractions are within a ten minute ride or a twenty minute walk of this liocation. Plus, there is quite a bit to do in Trastevere itself! The room was clean and comfortable and the apartment manager was interested to help us with questions to make our stay in Rome great.

Excelente estancia 100%

Excelente estancia, lo pasamos muy bien. Todo lo necesario a pocos pasos, el ruido de la calle no nos afectó. Franco nos atendió de maravilla, nos dió tips importantes sobre la zona, pizzerias, estaciones de transporte, supermercado y productos. Ademas nos preparó un excelente capuchino de despedida. Altamente recomendado. Regresaria sin dudas.

Conveniently situated apartment.

We enjoyed our first visit to Rome mainly due to the apartment's proximity to Rome's centre and main tourist sights. We walked from here to all the places we visited. The bustling area of Trastevere is the closest and great for eating places. The main drawback was the road noise, particularly the tram vibrations, but these stopped running at about 11.30pm.

Ok. For short stay.

Flat was large. Even too large.Kitchen nice renovated. There was even laundry machine But the noise from the street makes it impossible to enjoy sleeping in the morning (large street and a tram!). You could feel the tram passing by.

Camera gialla piuttosto rumorosa causa il passaggio del tram, per il resto ti senti come a casa perché hai la chiavi e sei completamente libero, ottima posizione in Trastevere, in un attimo sei in Piazza Venezia e rione Testaccio

Bed & Breakfast pratique, un peu excentré

C'est un appartement transformé en B&B par la propriétaire. L'accueil se fait de 11h à 13h30 seulement. Très surprenant la demande de 35€ en cash par la patronne pour la taxe de séjour sans facture... Agaçant comme attitude., alors que les tarifs sont sensés être toutes taxes et impôts compris. L'immeuble est très mal isolé on entends la circulation des voitures et le tram fait vibrer l'immeuble toutes les 7 minutes. Impossible de dormir sans bouchons d'oreille. Le petit déjeuner est un peu chiche. Le ménage est superficielle, les placards regorgent de poussière . Le lit est correct malgré un matelas à ressort très mou.

Ruim appartement, groot genoeg voor 4 personen.

Mooi appartement, ruim genoeg voor vier volwassenen. Ligt aan drukke straat. Verkeersgeluiden van o.a. auto's en tram zijn hoorbaar in appartement. Voor ons niet storend, maar voor lichte slapers wellicht wel. Appartement ligt, naar onze mening, te ver van centrum. Eigenaresse is heel behulpzaam, maar praat slecht Engels. WiFi in het appartement was niet geweldig....

Appartamento in centro, confortevole

Appartamento comodo per il centro (2,5 km circa) anche a piedi. Si trova tuttavia in una via frequentata e con passaggio di tram particolarmente rumorosi. Le stanze sono carine, spaziose, il bagno molto grande e funzionale. Non abbiamo utlizzato la cucina. La proprietaria è molto disponibile, ci ha consigliato dove mangiare a Trastevere (buon consiglio), ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli in custodia l'ultimo giorno, ci ha supportato con il servizio taxi (puntuali). Non so come mai ma non ci era sembrato chiaro di dover aggiungere alla prenotazione le spese di pulizia (20 euro supplementari).

Comfortable little hotel in great location

This handy little hotel is in a great location, very close to many of the great sights of Rome. Don't book expecting five star quality, but for the price and location, and general friendliness of staff, it was fantastic! And the breakfast in bed every morning was an added bonus!
