  • This modernly renovated flat covers the second floor of a historic building in the "Parione", one of the most ancient and characteristic district of
    historical Rome with its magnificent Piazza Navona and Castel Sant'Angelo dei Fiori.

    Fantastic NEW apartment in the heart of Navona square, two large double bedrooms, one single room, kitchen and living room with sofa bed, and two full bathrooms.

    The apartment is located in the heart of Roman life, surrounded by the typical Roman shops. Ideal to discover all the most typical of Rome!

    Rules:

    WE ARE NOT A HOTEL WITH A CONCIERGE ALWAYS AVAILABLE, PLEASE NOTIFY IN ADVANCE WITH YOUR ARRIVAL TIME

    1) From October 1st 2023 the municipality of Rome introduces a mandatory tourist tax of €6 per person per night in cash
    2) Late check-in after 8PM = €25 in cash
    3) Evening check-in after 11PM = €50 in cash
    4) Night check-in after 1AM = €75 in cash
    4) Missed agreed check-in time = €30 in cash
    5) Missed notify in case of delay = €30 in cash
    6) Use whats-app to communicate with our check-in staff
    7) Without cash on arrival it will not be possible to access the apartment, the cost of extras cannot be left at check-out
    8) If our staff has to return to the apartment a second time because you do not have cash upon arrival, you will pay a supplement of €20
    9) We provide a welcome kit for each guest, we do not restock or clean the apartments every day

The apartment was great Clean and well equipped. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was ideal for our family of 5. The a/c was exactly what we needed during the heat wave in Rome during our visit. Most importantly the location was phenomenal. Check in with Umar was fantastic as well. Be weary of the staircase as is it narrow and windy but we made into a challenge at the end of our 20k steps per day! One suggestion is the mattresses may need replacing. The springs are felt in both the master and other double bedroom. Otherwise I highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very comfortable apartment in an ideal location, quiet neighborhood but easily walkable to sights and dining. Host communication was great and everything we needed was provided. There are 3 flights of steep stairs to the apartment so guests must be able to climb.

Lovely! Clean, comfortable, great location. We walked everywhere and there were a couple of bus stops nearby, too. Close to sites, wonderful restaurants, a couple of small grocery shops. We also appreciated the air conditioning and laundry that was available in the unit. Check-in was easy as was check-out. Thank you to the host as well for arranging an early ride to the airport. We’d stay here again!

Pleasant stay close to all the attractions

We had a great stay as it is in the heart of the historic part of Rome. Almost all the attractions are a short walk away so you sightsee in the morning, relax at that apartment in afternoon and head out again for evening. The apartment is surrounded with eateries, pizza places and gelatariws.

The apartment was very centrally located - excellent spot ! We really appreciated the air conditioning in all the rooms as well. Overall we had a good stay here. The one issue we had was the cleanliness when we arrived. One of the bathrooms was quite dirty and there was garbage piled up along the entrance hallway our entire visit, which made getting in and out challenging (although that may be a separate building issue) We would stay here again.

Perfect flat in one of the best neighborhoods in Rome

This flat was absolutely perfect for our group of five visiting Rome for a few days. It is located in the perfect neighborhood with so many shops, bars, restaurants, and attractions starting just steps from the door. Has all of the amenities you could want for what is likely going to be the limited time you want to spend indoors for your stay.

The check in process was very easy and great communication - helping organizing transportation to/from the airport. Walking distance to the trevi fountain and the Pantheon. The apartment is in a lively area so close to restaurants and bars.

Great Location

We just left Rome, and we loved this place. Great location, and an ever better neighborhood. There are amazing restaurants steps for the door, in almost every direction. My only complaint is that the city lights on the street are not working, so its quite dark, other than that - its the perfect place

Spacious two bathroom apartment

Location enables walking to fruit market, grocery stores, restaurants. Even better is nearness of Paintings inside three cathedrals. A quiet street perfect for getting to the classic tourist sites. A good place for five fit adults to relax, cook, eat, sleep, tourist shop and take tourist photos. Has a good property manager.
