The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a third bathroom. Each room has an LCD TV and air conditioning. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. The apartment has two balconies.

Clean, comfortable and convenient!

7 of us rented this apartment, and we loved it. It was our last stop on a two week tour of Italy, and we were very comfortable here. We suspect that what would normally be the sitting room had been converted into a bedroom, so there was nowhere to congregate other than the kitchen, but this served us just fine. It was far more important to have the 4 bedrooms. The rooms and bathrooms were modern, clean and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by how close by the Vatican was. The small elevator was handy for those in our party who needed to bring up heavy bags or didn't feel like walking all those stairs after a a long trip negotiating other properties with more than their fair share of stairs. :-) We did a self-check-in, but the instructions were very clear and easy to follow, so it was seamless. Frankly, the lack of a sitting room was no problem, given that we were in Rome, and we were out most of the time anyway. Each room has an air-conditioner so you can control the climate for yourself. Our host gave us so many recommendations, including perfect instructions on how to get there from the airport. There was almost no walking with heavy suitcases required, as the public transport links are so good. We would highly recommned this place to anyone!

Friends Enjoying Rome

Group of 5 friends loved this location! We were able to drop our stuff off during the cleaning hours and head out on the town. This neighborhood is perfect with amazing neighbors and wonderful cafes and restaurants. Super easy to get on the bus and get around the city. Easy uber stop as well. We loved Bar Gregory across the street for breakfast and coffees. The place is the perfect size as the group was constantly on the move, coming and going. There is an elevator if needed for luggage up and down. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Would stay here again. Highly recommended

We were a group of 7 traveling 2days before a cruise. Our host arranged for a city tour, for our flight arrived at 630am and check in was at 3pm. She knew we hoped to get an earlier check in and was able to accommodate. At first glance of the outer building, we looked at each other,for the neighboring buildings had graffiti on it's front. Once inside the locked gated front door to the building, marbled floors and walls and very clean. The host brought her husband to help with our bags and the apartment was perfect. 3 bedrooms (each with tv) with 2 with bathrooms and one in the hallway. All are walk in showers. Two of the showers had corner entry doors which made if a little difficult to squeeze into the shower. The one with the black and white bed spread has a better entry so if you are on the larger side use that shower. There is a Bistro outside the building (not open on Sunday) with great food. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses and cookware. There is a grocery store on the same side of the street with prepared meals to be microwaved (turn left out of the building). We had a slight issue with the a/c and called the host and she contact her property manager right away and she showed up prior to noon that same day and fixed it in no time at all. As for the area, as mentioned above there is a grocery store, Bistro, pizza places and nice places to eat outside. The sites are within walking distance and the host can arrange transportation. The place was perfect for our needs, clean, and accommodated our large group.

We enjoyed our stay as we traveled in Italy and Rome. The host was accommodating and very friendly. The location was perfect for our needs- a lovely bistro below that allowed us to rest and enjoy a glass of wine each evening!

Super location with shopping and restaurants

Alexandra is a wonderful lady and ready to help you with anything. She went over and above since we had only a short stay. Unfortunately she had set up transfer service for us and for out trip to the airport that driver was robbed by another who seen us standing outside the apartment who when ask if he was from the service, lied and said he was. I feel badly about that but that was no fault of the host. Her hospitality was A+
