wonderful apartment in the heart of Rome ENJOY

  • My apartment 'located in an ancient palace of 1800, and' on the second floor, with elevator. I restored the apartment in a modern contemporary style, adding a touch of difference between modern historian. It has a large room with kitchen, laundry room, 5 double rooms including a quadruple and 5 bathrooms in every room. WIFI throughout the hotel, and TV in the rooms and in the common room. I dispose of 1 key bunch each whole room to be the most 'independent customers. L 'apartment is approximately 300 square meters and the rooms are very spacious, with large windows, air conditioning throughout the property. Bed linen and bath linen are provided by us

Absolutely superb experience! This property is gorgeous, thoughtfully designed for travelers, immaculately clean, stocked with everything you could need, is steps away from a full grocery store, very secure and to top that, Guido, the property manager gave us great advice on local issues, restaurants, and other helpful insights. It was throughly enjoyed by our extended family of eleven! Thanks Guido!!

Friends and Family Vacation

Had a lovely stay at the apartment! Great location! Guido was a great host allowing us to drop our bags off early before check in. Would definitely stay again if we venture to Rome in the future

This was the best place we stayed in our 10 days in Italy . Great location . Host was amazing . Perfect place for our family of 10. Each couple had their own room and bathroom .

Amazing stay!

This property is perfect for a larger group or family. We had a group of 13 and everyone was comfortable in their own rooms. The apartment was clean, had good amenities, and we were able to check in easily. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic

We were a group of 12, plenty of room, private bathrooms and great location. Owner was very responsive, never waited more than a few minutes for a reply to any of my questions. Would def stay again!

This apartment is located in a very convenient area, close to supermarket, restuarants and train station.Guido is a very good property manager. He has been very very helpful from the beginning when I plan to rent the apartment for the family stay in December. As a first time visitor to Italy, he provided me all the guidance on information I needed and go out of his way to help and assist. I truly appreciate all his help. Our family had a very nice stay at the apartment. I will definitely stay in his apartment again if our family visit Rome the next time. This is truly a gem for a family stay in Rome. The apartment was exactly as described and met all our expectations. The location is excellent. Guido was very helpful and gave prompt replies to any questions we had with recommendations for restaurants and train from airport. It was a delight to stay there.

Downtown Rome

Great location, close to many of the attractions. Air conditioning worked good, there is an elevator to use to help get luggage up and down because your on the 3rd floor. Lots of hot water for showers, we were a group of 12 and would definitely stay again if visiting Rome.

Best Host Ever!!

This apartment was central to everything and Guido always checked to ensure we had a great time and attended to any issues right away. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to any first time visitors of Roma.

First time in rome

Very nice apartment, rooms are very spacious and we liked that evey room had its own bathroom that was very helpful for a large group. Location is perfect close to alot of attractions, shops and restaurants we walked almost everywhere. Both our host and the lady that met us to check in were absolutely wonderful very nice and helpful. We recommend this place 100%

Perfect space for family!

Having a huge apartment, where everyone was able to have their own space and privacy after the end of a long day of sightseeing, was wonderful. The air-conditioning was a blessing as well! Comfy beds, hot and powerful showers, all of the amenities we needed, and within 15 to 20 minutes walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and Colosseum. Also very close to the main train station. Check in process in communication with the owner was easy and fast. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Huge bedrooms and close to main train station

Each massive bedroom had a bathroom which was awesome! We made use of the laundry facilities. Location was steps from many of Rome’s bus tours and right across from a bacilica and a grocery store. Main attractions, like Spanish Steps and Colosseum were 15-20 min walk but doable unless the weather is super hot. Bathroom showers could be cleaner but everything else was good! I would recommend this place for a large group.

Fantastic Apartment in a Nice location

Our stay was fantastic. It perfectly fit 6 adults and 4 kids. We each had our own rooms in pairs of two and the kids rooms could have fit more because of the bunk beds. Each room had its own bathroom which was a big help. It was wonderfully cool in the apartment because of the AC. The check in process was super smooth. The restaurant below and the location of the grocery store just 30 seconds away made it nice for a quick snack and to grab food for eating in the apartment. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and it completely lived up to the listing.

Host Guido is very prompt and coooerative. Property is very well maintained and better than the online description. We were told there will be Milk, Bread and Jam but none was there. It was little inconvinient due to early morning tour. Luckily, grocery store was nearby so no big deal as my family enjoyed the appartment and its location. I will stay here again with my friends and family. Host made me feel very comfortable thru email conversation. Wish I could meet him in person.

Graduation trip

Celebrating two high school graduations with a girls trip. Seven adults and two children ages twelve and five. Great space for all of us! Each room with its own bathroom. Grocery store two minutes walk away. There is an elevator but a few steps to go up to get to it. Guido was great! One of our party was sick during our stay and he helped getting her medicine and even brought it to the VRBO for her! There also was an issue with the kitchen sink and Guidio had a plumber come fix it within an hour after we told him! The location is good. A little bit of a walk to main attractions. But in a quiet area that we liked. Would stay here again!

Perfect for large family

In the heat of Rome, we loved that it was air conditioned. Family said it was a little oasis for us when we needed a break. One of the best features is that each room had private bathroom and shower. Location was great for us since it is right across the street from one of the four major basilica’s of Rome. Parking is hit or miss. We parked far away when we arrived in the afternoon and then went back and brought cars closer when evening set in and streets were less crowded. You do have to pay the parking meter fees. I also think it’s good to be prepared for the Rome city tourist tax. It’s around $6 a head each day. Totally legit but can be a surprise. We absolutely loved our stay even if some of the other tenants seemed annoyed at our presence as tourist. I highly recommend this for place for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Rome.

This is a beautiful property in a perfect location in Rome. It's easy to get to anywhere you want to go and walkable to the Central Train Station. We were a party of 13 and the unit was perfect for us. We enjoyed being able to gather together in the living room and kitchen area. Check in was not great as we had to wait on the street waiting for someone to let us in....she was late. A better method would be to text us the code at least 24 hrs. in advance. It would also have been nice to have at least a change of towels during our 4 night stay. I realize Guido, the owner, was away on vacation but the help he hired to handle our stay could've done a better job. During the months leading up to our rental Guido always answered our questions in a timely way. That being said, I would not hesitate to rent this unit again.
