"We had the standard room. Clean room but the curtains need changing and net just looks tired. But everything was clean and enough space and clean toilet. My only suggestion would be provide TV menu and allow people to use Netflix. Also inform about 2-pin plugs. Having said that, the reception desk provided us with their 2 pin plug to use - very kind."

"The room we had was spacious for Europe standard with semi modern facilities and a balcony. We didn’t use it because it was for smokers which was disappointing because I thought it’s a non smoking rooms on that floor. itThankfully the room was nicely scented when the air conditioner was turned on. We liked the decor in the reception and dining. The ambiance in the dining room was nice. Service by Ambra was excellent. She made us feel welcome and the meals were delicious. The staff at reception are helpful and friendly. Hotel Pulitzer is very close to Marconi Station less than 10 min walk with luggage and a few stops from Termini Station which made it convenient to move around Rome."

"The hospitality at Adoro Hotel (especially by Vladimir) truly went above and beyond. A standout highlight was the breakfast; the staff was incredibly accommodating and prepared a delicious vegetarian meal for us exclusively upon request. It is rare to find a team so willing to tailor their service to specific dietary needs with such care and quality. A special thanks to Vladimir, who looked after us so well. His excellent service and attentive nature made our experience even more memorable. The rooms were spotless and modern, providing the perfect comfortable atmosphere to relax. Between the personalized service and the prime location, everything about this stay was seamless. Highly recommended for anyone who values a professional and personal touch."

"I wouldnt recommend a single individual specially female as the sirrounding area isnt safe. Hotel staff was helpful. Wifi didnot work at all. Thermostat fidnt work at all and had to sleep with the window open for ventilation. Room was clean the lobby was not. Overall hotel looks more than a 3 star hotel. MetroC is 10min walk, just not safe at night."
