All staff were so warm, welcoming and helpful- I was greeted upon arrival with a welcome drink and my bags were taken up to my room whilst I checked in and relaxed in the Great Hall. We overlooked the parking lot but couldn’t hear people, cars, or dogs, even though we could see them. Great location for exploring Hadrians wall when you have limited time as we did. "
