Clean and serviceable. No-frills and dated, but everything was in working order. Much quieter than the hotels by the interstate.
A awesome place to stay, Clean & quiet! The room had everything you need, The desk attendant was very helpful. I would recommend this place! 10/10

I love this property! Yes the ac was broken, yes there were holes in the comforter had holes in it, but the room had an actual key and it felt like staying in a mini apartment instead of a McBedroom like you get from a chain motel. Plus the couple that runs the place is so sweet!

The staff came into the room and took personal property, turned off the air conditioner and lights, and disclosed private information to a third party.

Everything You Need, Nothing You Don't
The Roseburg Inn offers very basic lodging for a very fair price. It's an older property; but it's clean, inexpensive, and operated by a nice family. A good choice for those who prefer value to frills.
Room wasn't ready when we got there. We were told there was a dog park nearby, there wasn't. It was noisy. No, I wouldn't recommend this place. Another thing, our reservation was messed up.
We got into the hotel pretty late (around 1am), they were nice enough to call and check to make sure that we're still coming in. Hotel seem clean and decent, the ground probably need more/better up keep. It located on a main road running through town, we were heading to toketee fall so it on the way.
very old and out dated. actually had a key on a chain to open door. dead bolt on door did not work. large gap in door frame wear door did not fit properly. bedding was stained and old.
Looks like hotel had been newly remodeled was nice, clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have a closet to hang clothes. We didn't need it but would have if staying longer. Nice to have a fridge and micowave.
Bed and bath were clean and adequate - lucky we didn't have anything to hang up as there were no closets nor pegs to hang anything. Staff person was smart and friendly.

Hotel was ok. No major complaints. Its not the nicest place to stay, but for the value, it met my needs.

Despite the room needing serious updating, it was fairly clean & had the perfect location taking the scenic Route 138 drive to Crater Lake.
very comfortable brand new hard bed, water was so clean you could still taste the chlorine, the step up into the room was pretty good exercise. Completely affordable.
This was a nice surprise on a room that was less than $60

Cheap hotel overall
The Roseburg Inn has a good location in the middle of town. Granted, that doesn't make up for a few things. The hotel is cheap. Cheap furniture (everything looked like it was from a garage sale...Uncomfy mattress, no flat screen), cheap amenities (no toieltries), and very rude staff. Granted, I only spoke with the woman, and I heard its a family run business. She charged me an extra $20 for a guest in a single room.
The only pros were that the bathroom is really new, the mini fridge worked, and it was clean.
Reception was not customer-oriented, waited even though no other customers, slow, did not get WiFi code, doesn't allow later checkouts. Room dank, smelly, very noisy location all night long so little sleep, warm water takes a long time, bathroom window has no screen and opens all the way (poor security). Busy road with difficult access southbound. Never again!

Sadly the 40'sand 50's room decor was modernized. Now it is basic, very clean and looks like every other. Owners are friendly and kind.

Perfect for an overnight or two
I stayed one night as I traveled through Oregon. Very clean room in appearance and smell. Bathroom had recently been redone. Small room, but very comfortable bed. Charged an extra $5 for my dog, but my bill was under $50 all said and done. I will likely stay again as I pass through on my way to visit family.
