"Unfortunately, the hotel is poorly maintained. The grounds needs to be cleaned up and all trash or debris removed. The condition of the rooms was poor. For example, the sheets and pillow cases, while appeared to be washed, were stained and torn. The front door didn't fully close and was falling apart, including a large patch where an old closure used to be. There was no closet or towel racks in the bathroom. Worst of all, the room smelled of septic or sewer waste. The bathroom was worn and old and needed repairs."

"We arrived early at the hotel and noticed the garbage outside was overflowing onto the sidewalk. Our room was not ready so we headed out and when we came back in the evening, the garbage had not been taken care of. Once in our room there were virtually bathroom ameneties. A small bottle of shampoo and a small bottle of conditioner. A half roll of toilet paper was in the bathroom. No cups. No tissues. There was a coffee maker in the cabinet and when I asked the front desk for K-cups for the coffee maker the person had no clue what I was talking about. When asked about tissues, we were told to use toilet paper. When we asked for more toilet paper and towels someone brought up a bag of toilet paper in one hand and 2 rolls in the other. He was a bit snarky and asked which we wanted. There was supposed to be a continental breakfast included. That was a joke. There was no juice. No water. The Mr. Coffee was leaking all over. The few pieces of bread available looked like they had been there for a few days. The cereal dispensers had nothing but crumbs in them. There was a waffle maker but that was it. We had to go out every morning and buy our breakfast. Housekeeping was non-existent. I would never go back to this hotel again."

"This is an amazing property. Very spacious and so lovely. It was a wonderful stay. The staff is so kind. The rooms are large and very clean. The grounds are beautiful. It’s also close distance to the town of Sturbridge. Cute coffee, ice cream and nice cafes. I can’t wait to come back!!"
