This was a great apartment, totally remodeled, nice amenities and very clean. In the center half a block to the ocean, near many excellent restaurants and shopping opportunities. Very safe area as well. The hosts Lis and her husband were very helpful and available at any time. They arranged for parking, came at a moments notice when we needed help. A plus a washer and dryer for ours use

Appartement de très bon standing, bien agencé et fonctionnel. Conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Un four en cuisine serait toutefois le bienvenu. Sa situation en plein centre-ville est très appréciable, permettant de laisser tranquille son véhicule pour lequel - et c'est le seul petit inconvénient - il n'est pas toujours facile de trouver un stationnement. Mais c'est largement compensé par la poursuite ou la (re)découverte de la marche à pied, et tout est à "portée de main" (restaurants, commerces divers, marché municipal, etc...et bien entendu la plage où il n'y a que l'avenue à traverser)! Enfin le plus, c'est le magnifique accueil de Lisa, la propriétaire, aimable, chaleureuse, prévenante et d'une grande disponibilité. Elle met tout en oeuvre pour que vous soyez dans les meilleures conditions possibles. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et nous reviendrons chez Lisa sans aucune hésitation !

Nous avons adorez Roses, en plus de sa l'appartement ou nous étions étais parfaitement situé, propre, lumineux, fonctionnel... La propriétaire Lisa est disponible est très gentille. Je vous recommande fortement cette appartement il est parfait.

Appartement is ruim en schoon. Vlak bij veel restaurants en dichtbij de winkels. Als je zelf af en toe wilt koken is het behelpen. Er zijn 2 pitten en een magnetron. Geen oven. Wij hebben daar niet genoeg aan.

L'appartement est tout neuf, fonctionnel et d'une propreté irréprochable Il est très bien équipé avec literie excellente, rangements pratiques et cuisine complète Sa situation est parfaite, dans le quartier piétonnier du centre de Roses, tout près des nombreuses boutiques et restaurants et à deux pas de la plage Malgré cela pas de bruit pour perturber le sommeil, la petite rue sur laquelle donne le séjour-cuisine est calme et les chambres sont sur cour En bref une excellente adresse pour un séjour réussi d'autant que les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles

Que dire sinon que tout est parfait, Lisa parle un Francais impeccable, les photos sont conformes à la réalité, des fruits, de l'eau fraîche et de quoi prendre un premier apéritif nous attendaient, Julian nous avait gardé une place pour la voiture, et la vue sur la mer depuis le balcon est un vrai plus. L'appartement calme et climatisé est au coeur du centre animé de Rosas, la plage de l'autre coté de la rue. Nous avons profité de la longue promenade du front de mer et des petites rues animées de Rosas presque tout les soirs. Merci pour l’accueil de Lisa et Julian. Faites leur confiance, tout est parfait. Séjour très agréable grâce à l'accueil et à la disponibilité des propriétaires qui avaient pensé à tout pour notre arrivée( place de parking réservée pour nous éviter des recherches, eau fraîche et de quoi fêter notre début de vacances, fruits, café) ainsi que des indications touristiques pour le séjour. En plus pas besoin de faire des efforts, Lisa parle votre langue... L'appartement est calme même en étant en centre ville et en été la climatisation est vraiment appréciable. Il est décoré avec goût et très fonctionnel. La propreté est impeccable et la literie est de qualité. On y est à 2 pas de la plage et le soir les balades en front de mer sont bien agréables et animées. Pas d'hésitation, vous pouvez y aller en toute confiance car tout est fidèle au descriptif de l'annonce. Nous reviendrons sûrement pour un nouveau séjour. MChristine, 30 juillet 2018.

Nous avons passé une semaine avec mon père dans cet appartement. Celui-ci est très bien équipé, refait à neuf et pour ne rien gâcher à la fois en plein cœur de la ville et à deux pas de la plage. Julian et Lisa sont des hôtes exceptionnels, toujours prêt à rendre service et vraiment adorables. Je recommande vivement cet appartement !
