For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with plants and flowers. Planted inner courtyard. In the house: WiFi. Supermarket 100 m, shopping centre 300 m, restaurant, bar 50 m, café, pub garden 15 m, 8 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Figueres" 15 km, sandy beach "Roses" 20 m, diving center 3 km, swimming bay 3 km. Sports harbour 1 km, marina 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 21 km, surf school 2.9 km, sailing school 2.9 km, minigolf 60 m, sports centre 2 km, cycle lane 10 m. Apartamento poco justo para recibir familias, sofá antiguo e incómodo, el apartamento tiene lavadora pero no tiene un sitio o elemento para colgar toallas, los armario no tienen estantería para la ropa, baño principal sin ventilación y muy ruidoso con la cocina del hotel del frente.

J ai loué cette appart par rapport à la terrasse sur la photo qui paraissait grande et offrait une vue sur la mer sauf que la terrasse de l appart était de l autre côté face aux fenêtres d un hôtel le soir on dormait pas y avait du bruit du restaurant de l hôtel

Appartement très bien situé

Vue sur la mer, au bord de la plage et à proximité du centre ville et du marché. Il est confortable. Le personnel d’Interhome est à notre écoute et attentif. Je recommande.

Apartamento y mobiliario muy antiguo.

Lo único aceptable eran los cuartos de baño,el resto de mobiliario en comedor principalmente viejo roto y sucio y electrodomésticos antiguos,mal conservados y sucios. En particular el frigorífico con un motor muy ruidoso y las puertas golpeadas y oxidadas

Muebles comedor en mal estado

El sofa está sucio y mal conservado,la mesa del comedor mal conservada del barniz i sucia ,una de las sillas esta rota y las demás cojas,el frigorífico hace mucho ruido del motor y por la noche molesta el ruido,la puerta con óxidos i sucia,un cajón roto.

Gute Lage

zum achten mal waren wir in dieser Unterkunft. Grund die Lage zum Strand und auch alles andere ist in unmittelbarer nähe. Doch wäre es an der Zeit das Mobiliar etc. teilweise aus zu tauschen. Pluspunkt sind Bad und WC. Wurden vor ca. 3 Jahren saniert.

Het appartement ligt op een superlocatie. De foto’s doen vermoeden dat het vrij recent is gerenoveerd. Dit is helaas niet zo. In de keuken zitten deurtjes los. De wasmachine werkt niet. De badkamer heeft last van vieze voegen/kitwerk. Schoonmaak is op het 1e oog goed maar kan beter.
