This cozy vacation villa is the perfect choice for those seeking a relaxing and family-friendly getaway. Located in Mas Fumats, with panoramic views of the stunning Roses Bay on the Costa Brava.



With capacity for a maximum of 6 people, the house has three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a toilet for your convenience. All rooms are airconditioned

The house is distributed over two floors, on the main floor there is an entrance hall with storage room and a separate toilet. Through the entrance hall you enter the living room with open kitchen, fire place, dining table and cozy couch.

From the living room you enter the spacious outdoor terrace with a luxury 5 persons lounge set, a dining table and a second fire place that can be used for BBQ-ing. To keep it cool the terrace has fixed solar shading and for additional shading there is a parasol.

From the terrace you can access the private 8x4m swimming pool and lower terrace by a staircase. The swimming pool has walk-in stairs and goes up to 2 meter of depth. An outdoor shower is present and sun beds and chairs are provided. The garden can be entered through a small exit door under the stairs and has several nice tiled places where you can sit and relax in the shadow of olive trees or find a sunny place for sunbathing.

The lower floor of the house is accessible through a staircase from the living room where you will find 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and a second toilet. Two bedrooms have double beds and direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. The third bedroom has two single beds.

For your convenience, the house is equipped with glass fiber high-speed internet, WIFI and a 55 inch 4K TV with Google TV for all your streaming and apps. In the bathroom you will find also a wash machine that can be used. The kitchen has all the modern appliances needed, such as ceramic stove, combi microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer.

Additionally a second refrigerator with freezer is present in the storage room if extra cooled storage is needed. You will find also a Nespresso Machine, traditional Filter coffee maker, milk frother, toaster, hot water boiler and all the necessary equipment for cooking.

You will spend unforgettable moments on the spacious terrace sitting on the lounge set, where you can enjoy privacy and stunning panoramic views while preparing a delicious barbecue.

There is an outdoor parking lot in front of the house for 2 cars for your convenience.

Is electricity included?

Due to the significant increase in energy costs, a basic consumption of 15kw per day is included in the rental price. In case of exceeding this, extra kw will be charged at the current market price, and the price per kw/h will be indicated in the rental contract.



What are the beds like?

There are 2 double beds of 180x200cm and 2 beds of 90x190cm.

Is the house also for use outside the summer season?



Yes, the airconditioning is used to heat the rooms during cold days and in the bathroom a heater and towel radiator are present. Or even more cozy, you can use the fire place in the living room.



Are the towels included?

No, but we have it available for rent.
