The Space:

Modernly furnished 2-room apartment over 2 floors (like a detached house) for 2 people. The bathroom and bedroom are on the ground floor, the kitchen and living room are on the second floor.



The apartment is in a quiet location. There is a seating area in the green inner courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table. All floors are fitted with laminate. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower arm.

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed. It is very centrally located 2 min. to the Baltic Sea beach of Warnemünde, 4 min. to the center, 8 min. to the train station.



Guest Access:

The apartment has 2 floors.

The bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor. A small staircase leads to the kitchen with dining area.

The apartment is in a quiet location.

The apartment is unsuitable for people with walking difficulties and small children.



The Neighborhood:

Warnemünde is a small fishing village with numerous small stores and restaurants.

The town has a small theater, a museum, a swimming pool and a cinema.

There is a seal sanctuary in the immediate vicinity.



We recommend a visit to the zoo in Rostock, a trip to Rövershagen for the farmers' market

and a trip to Bad Doberan to the Doberan Minster.
