The hotel location is perfect — very convenient and close to everything. The customer service is outstanding, and all the facilities are excellent. However, the breakfast menu is quite limited and could use more variety. Additionally, I noticed a bee in the breakfast area, which should be checked for better hygiene

The key cards only work one time. Each time you go back to your room you need to get reception to reload them with room access. Pretty time consuming and a bit annoying. Outside of that the hotel is nice. Decent gym.

Staff very friendly and keen to please. Rooms spacious and comfortable and food good. We had breakfast and evening meal over a two day stay. Menu interesting, varied and well presented. More thought needs to be given to staffing the bar at peak times when the hotel is fully booked. Would certainly stay there again - mainly because of the helpful and pleasant staff and the charm of the place itself.

Bed was fairly comfy. Pillows not great, should have taken the option to ask for the pillow menu at reception. Room was clean and spacious. Was woken by next door showering. The plumbing is incredibly loud. Pool and spa was lovely. Pool very large and the gym looked good too. Didn't eat in the restaurant for dinner but walked through on the way to the bar and food looked very nice. Breakfast was nice.

Hotel review

The room itself was extremely small and uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to relax. The reception area also had an unpleasant smell which left a bad first impression. Throughout the stay it was very noisy, and the water pressure in the bathroom was poor — it kept cutting out and making strange noises during the night, which made it hard to sleep. Overall, the place felt poorly maintained and not very welcoming. The night receptionist was really nice and helpful, which was one of the few positives during the stay.
