AWA Hotel
The room was great. Check-in was chaos. The lobby of this hotel is messy and cluttered. It was a bit concerning when we checked in as the lobby does not represent the rooms well. The guy at the front desk was helpful but did not seem professional. Parking was horrible. I would stay there again but ...

Ripple Rotorua
Stayed in a superior studio. It did feel a little dated, however it was very clean and comfortable and had a lovely water view from the back deck. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. Just a short drive to most attractions and a walk across the road toThe Skyline.

Hideaway of Rotorua
Nice, clean, comfy spacious studio. Great to have a separate sofa area. Pity about the weather which affected the TV reception and we were unable to use the outside seating area.

This hotel is not 4 stars hotel, the lady works at the breakfast this morning and the young girl at the reception extremely rude and unprofessional. I have expectations in a “4 stars” hotel.
