Guest Access:
You'll have exclusive access to the entire house, including all six bedrooms, four bathrooms, the kitchen, and living areas. Please note there's a detached unit at the back of the garage with a long-term tenant, but it's entirely separate from the main house ensuring your privacy.

Located in Brunswick Park, the property is about a 15-minute drive from the Rotorua CBD. This neighborhood provides a strategic base for exploring the city and its surroundings. Getting Around:
Given our location at 1Brunswick Park, we suggest having your own vehicle for the best experience. You'll find plenty of parking on the property. Public transport services are less frequent in this location.

Other Things to Note:
There is a seperate unit on the property. It is attached to the garage but not attached to the main house in any way and the area is quite seperate. The tenant Dan has a lovely German Shepherd dog, if you happen to see him say hi!
