We stayed here with a group of family and friends and it was perfect. Convenient to the center of town while also quiet, and the spot on the hill gave an amazing view of the lake. Dream kitchen, cozy common areas.

Cosy and warm at Deluxe Redwoods

We loved our time here ( even as it rained heavily all the time we stayed) with a warm toasty fireplace, comfortable beds, great showers and a well equipped kitchen. We had a puncture to fix and neighbors came from all sides to offer assistance. It was much appreciated.

Meh

The main floor was decent with updated bathrooms and kitchen. The beds were comfortable. Making sense of the switches to torn things on and off were not intuitive and made no sense. The worst was the basement with a moldy bathroom ceiling and clearly mostly smell throughout the basement.it became difficult for me to breath. A dehumidifier or an air conditioner would have helped with this. Not to mention the separate hai cold faucets in the basement bathroom. We didn’t use the hot tub so I have no comment on that. I wouldn’t recommend this as high on my list.

Gorgeous neighborhood - beautiful view.

The house is huge. Great parking. Great kitchen with everything you need to cook or entertain. The house is worn and needs some TLC. Very musty from having the hot tub in the bottom level. We appreciated the great reception and communication from the owners.

The facilities were very big for our family of 8 people. The hot tub was refreshing after a long day. The views were nice. The dishwasher was a little tricky to get started.

Wonderful stay

A Family Reunion

This house was very suitable for our large family gathering with 3 generations. The spa pool was well used and on one morning we lit the fire which created a very cosy atmosphere.

Spacious, child-friendly, comfortable

We loved everything about our stay and would come again. One improvement would be a large pot for cooking porridge, soup, etc. for 16 people.

comfort in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay, we found the place very spacious and comfortable. The property is in a very nice area, but still close enough to all ammenties. Highly recommend, would stay again.

Great place for a family holiday

We had 3 generations for our family holiday and the house was great for us all !! We had a minor problem with the air con unit and the property manager was immediately responsive and so helpful. Definately recommend.

Ideal Spot for Families

We loved staying at this property. There was ample room for all three families and we loved the downstairs area for the kids. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we come back to Rotorua. Thanks heaps

Close to the Mountain Bike Park

Generally enjoyed the stay; quite disappointed with the water pressure both of the upstairs showers which was very poor; and palm and hand prints on the windows. The garage was a great place to store the 7 bikes we had with us and the location to the Whakarewarewa mountain bike park was excellent.
