"The rooms definitely need renovations. The hallway to reach the room takes a good 20 mn of walk!! On top of having skied all day and paying no less of 700€ a night. The gondola is not even included to reach the town (only at check-in and check-out) which is an additional 22€ per couple per ride. The bed is not comfortable at all and still using 2 single beds which is not adequate for a couple. Room service stops at 9pm which does not make sense! "

"A wonderfull and efficiënt check-in. We were allowed to have an early check-in as the room was cleaned allready. A small, 9-appartement chalet, great location in front of ski-bus. No ski-out but somewhat a ski-in. Lifts are 3 stops. The rooms are clean and cosy, though not that big. The building is somehow noisy as the upper floor neighbours could be heard walking. Breakfast 4*. Valentina 5*"

Ski bus operated by the hotel twice in the morning but the public ski bus is right in front of the hotel as well. Driving to the nearest ski area (Warth) was easy 12-15 minutes and at the Jägeralp skilift there was plenty of parking. "We stayed here in early January. Absolutely amazing. A mere few steps from the lift and the bus station. The staff were so friendly and helpful. One example, we had to check out early to catch the flight home. Since we were going to miss breakfast, they gave us a breakfast to go! The room was really nice, a wonderful view of the slopes from our balcony. Nice heated floors and a heated towel rack. Breakfast was awesome, we are there every morning. Along with great food they also had coffee and cappuccino made to order. We rented our skis from the intersport that was on the first floor of the building. There is a room on the ground level to leave your skis each day (with boot warmers). One of the biggest surprises was the spa. There was a steam room, a Finnish Sauna, an ice shower, and a nice relaxation area. When I saw it online I wasn't sure if we would use it, but we went every day. It was perfect after a day of skiing. We'll be back!"
