Not what we expected

The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, it just wasnt a fit for us. We had booked 2 nights and left after the first one. There is staff present at all hours, but unfortunately, the English speaking staff wasn't there when we needed it. After our first night the lock to out room broke, and we couldnt lock our room door when we left. They did fix it while we were out, but having english speaking staff in that situation would have been nice. The entrance to the building is from street lvl where we were immediatly met with the steepest stairs we have ever seen, and a bunch of trash just lying around. Outside our room door was 10 to 15 full trashbags when we arrived, and our room smelled strongly of cleaning products and smoke. Through the night, it sounded like they were vaccuming in the building every 30 minutes until very late at night/early morning. It wasnt horrible, just not for us. We found something else that was bigger, better and cheaper for our second night

This has nothing to do with 2 Stars. Its not even 1 Star. Room was small af and so dirty (and possibly moldy?) that i got crazy headaches from sleeping there. I paid over 200 for 2 nights and it felt like a robbery. I literally burnt my money away for a terrible room

Deze accommodatie was niet zoals beschreven op de website. De douche en wc zijn gemeenschappelijke en zeer onhygiënisch. En hong en zeer indringende geur in op de gang. De kamers waren ook niet al te best, er zat en zwarte schoen afdruk op het hoofdkussen van het bed. Als vrouw alleen voelde ik me zeer onveilig en heb na het zien van mijn kamer meteen en andere verblijf geboekt. Qua ligging is het best oké. Het personeel was ook vriendelijke en bergipvol.

Det första man möts av är en väldigt brant trappa. Rummet stank rök, ena sängen var endast 70 cm bred, kuddarna var hårda och alldeles för höga dessutom låg det ett paket med råttgift på golvet. Stökigt i trapphuset under natten. Förstår inte hur hotellet kan ha två stjärnor. Rekommenderar verkligen inte detta ställe!

Ik vond het verblijf heel comfortabel en rustgevend. De service en de medewerkers waren heel erg aardig en behulpzaam en heb ook een gratis upgrade van de kamer gekregen. Het hotel is gelegen in een gezellige winkelstraat en veel gezelligheid in het café eronder.
