Combining authentic character, modern comfort and an intimate atmosphere, this apartment has been thoughtfully designed to offer you a romantic getaway filled with relaxation and quality time together.

The highlight of L'Aurélie? Its private whirlpool bathtub, located directly in the bedroom. After a day exploring the treasures of Rouen, immerse yourself in warm water and unwind with the soothing hydromassage jets, all in complete privacy. The bedroom also features a comfortable double bed, perfect for restful nights and leisurely mornings. A dehumidification system helps maintain a pleasant atmosphere after using the whirlpool bathtub.

The inviting atmosphere continues into the beautifully decorated living room, an ideal space to enjoy a drink, share a romantic dinner or simply relax during a cosy evening together. A dining area and high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi provide additional comfort, whether you're enjoying a romantic break or travelling for business.

For complete independence throughout your stay, the apartment also features a fully equipped separate kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, crockery, cooking utensils and washing machine. A modern, separate bathroom with a shower and toilet completes the accommodation. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided, allowing you to travel light and settle in comfortably.

At L'Aurélie, the experience extends beyond the apartment. Ideally located in the heart of Rouen, the property allows you to discover the city entirely on foot. For your peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned between stays and managed by L'ArchiDuchesse, a local concierge service available seven days a week, from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

The apartment does not include private parking. However, paid street parking is available nearby, and the covered Q-Park Palais de Justice public car park is approximately a six-minute walk away.

The Rouen City Hall district is one of the city's most iconic and historic neighbourhoods. Located in the very heart of the city centre, this area offers a fascinating combination of architectural heritage, cultural attractions and vibrant local life.

Dominated by the impressive City Hall, a beautiful 19th-century neoclassical building, the neighbourhood is surrounded by picturesque streets filled with charming boutiques, cafés and restaurants.

Nearby, you'll discover must-see landmarks such as Saint-Ouen Abbey Church, a magnificent example of Gothic architecture, as well as historic squares and medieval sites.

The neighbourhood's cobbled streets, traditional half-timbered houses and colourful façades reflect Rouen's rich medieval and Renaissance heritage. It's an ideal destination for history and culture enthusiasts, with several museums, art galleries and theatres just a short walk away.

By bus: Several bus routes operate close to the apartment, providing convenient connections throughout Rouen and the surrounding areas.

Routes F1, F2, F7, 11 and 22 serve various destinations across the city and beyond.

## Notes

For greater flexibility, self-check-in is available from 4:00 pm, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 am.

The accommodation is managed by L'ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available seven days a week, from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm.

To ensure a comfortable arrival, we provide all our guests with fresh bed linen, essential toiletries for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, etc.), as well as one large bath towel per person, kitchen towels and a bath mat for each bathroom.

A complimentary welcome kit is also provided upon arrival, including a kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and washing-up liquid.

We are committed to providing a pleasant and comfortable experience. However, please note that we are not a hotel and do not offer daily housekeeping services.

Additional services such as mid-stay cleaning, fresh bed linen or towels, replenishment of essential supplies and deliveries can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

Staying in a holiday rental also means respecting a few essential rules to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone and avoid any deductions from your security deposit.

We kindly ask you to treat the apartment as if it were your own home. Please take care of the furniture and equipment, avoid any damage and leave the property in a clean and tidy condition upon departure.

Please follow the instructions regarding check-in and check-out times, the use of equipment and the general rules of the accommodation. We also ask that you respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood.

Please note the following conditions:

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in a €250 deduction from the security deposit.

The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Smoking inside the property may result in a €50 deduction from the security deposit.

Pets are permitted under certain conditions and only with our prior approval. Any damage caused by pets may result in a €50 deduction from the security deposit.

Any lost, stolen or damaged items will be charged at their actual replacement cost.
