Hotel, was in a lovely building, modern, but excellent. Room was good ,clean and comfortable. New hotel only be open short time. Hope they keep it up together. Staff friendly, welcoming and charming. Facilities good gym ,swimming pool. Parking a little hard to find due to being in busy area. But good once found. Overall hotel excellent,would highly recommend.

Improve information regarding parking because it isn't easy to pull up to unload luggage near the hotel entrance. The parking system operates well once a client has checked-in. It is safe and secure.

Disappointing for a new hotel and for the price we paid. Poor facilities, some staff indifferent or poorly trained. Clearly the accountants have taken control, a case of massive cost cutting across the board. For example, breakfast was limited, no minibar or ironing.

Dålig service och mat.

Bad service at check in, everyone seemed confused and it took a long time for no reason. We had small sleeping children so it was not a good experience. The next morning we went down to the pool just to discover that it was closed and only open between 13-21 in the afternoon. This does not make sense. Who wants to go to a hotel pool in the afternoon??!! We then had a very disappointing breakfast, horrible coffee, messy presentation and not much quality food to choose from. So overall it was a very dissatisfied experience and I would not recommend!
