"The receptionist (a black lady) was very friendly & helpful. The best part: the shuttle to ski resort stops right in the parking lot of the hotel. The hotel is very new & clean so I feel very at ease. The only negative thing: I failed to see a water dispenser in the hotel. Everything else is great. I'll come back to stay here for next ski season. "

"We had a wonderful time staying with itrip! We frequently travel and choose this style of lodging over hotels for our young family of 5. Unlike most places, there was ample supplies with itrip specifically in regards to laundering and dishwashing, toiletries, and bath hygiene. The beds were all comfortable and there was plenty of bedding and towels. The lodge itself is quaint and peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and pool. It was a bit more of a walk to the thunderhead express life than we anticipated especially with a Two year old but the weather and scenery was fantastic and we all enjoyed the exercise and fresh air. Whenever communication was required it was prompt from itrip. We will definitely utilize their site in the future for our travel needs and would definitely book the Scandinavian lodge again when in steamboat springs."
