"Parking is now a problem with the new restaurant next door using the parking spots. I had to drive around to find a spot way in the back, as I watched people from the bar using the front rows to park. I love the hotel and the staff, and just this year I have stayed there 12 times. But if I’m told there is additional parking across the street at the other hotel that I can use, that’s not right."

"I reported at breakfast that toilet tank was continuously running and that valve changing water from tub to shower was stuck so unable to shower. Returned in the evening to find that toilet was not running and then realized we were unable to use toilet because they had resolved the issue by turning the water off at the wall. The staff from the front desk came at 10:15 pm after I called … with difficulty he was able to unstick the shower valve for us but now stuck in shower position. I turned the water to the toilet back on so it continued to run the rest of our stay."

"This was the worst stay ever. When I arrived the staff was arguing with a guest. The room had black mold. Black mold in the shower. When you turn the air on - you can smell it. I woke up and my entire face was swollen. The bathroom fan was ripped from the ceiling. There was literal black curly hair on the walls in the bathroom. The stove was burned and had wires exposed. There was weed smells everywhere. My key card stopped working 3 times after I checked in. Everytime I had to get a new one - at least 3 people were there for the same thing - their key card stopped working. The girl at the front desk took 15-20 mins breaks every hour. They closed a gate at the desk after 10 and we had to wait. When I asked for a new room - I was told there was none. We could not move. We were forced to stay and told the manager who could issue the refund wasn’t in until Monday. while I was talking to her - another staff and a different guest got into it. The staff also allowed one man to sit in the hallway stairs and the the front lobby and blare his heavy rock music so loudly you had to almost yell to talk. He just sat there and the staff said “yea he can stay” DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"Highly recommend this place for any stay! House is very nice, comfortable, and owner is very accommodating and goes the extra mile to make your stay the best! We stayed at this location for a baseball tournament in Taylor and Dripping Springs. Unfortunately, we had a ton of rain come through and our Taylor tournament was canceled. Daniel the owner stepped up and made it right as we all were only able to stay one night.The attention to detail by the owner with the house is top-notch with a great ambience both inside and out. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer. One of the best rentals we have stayed at. Great location as well. Book now you won’t be disappointed! "

"We had a large group including 11 people and the property was easily able to accommodate everyone. One thing we didn’t expect was the opportunity to do some fishing in the creek behind the house. That was so much fun for the kids, and adults too! Plenty of towels for the pool and seating to sit and relax and visit with our group. Thanks for a great stay! "
