Lovely home in Rovinj

The beautiful modern Villa Antica is located near the sea in the outskirts of old Rovinj. One of its most beautiful features is the large pool in the courtyard. The villa itself can accommodate up to seven people. It consists of two houses, the main house and a studio apartment. The main house has an open plan living and dining area, as well as three bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the other two rooms each have a single bed. There is also a large bathroom with a bathtub where you can relax. Outside, you can relax with a cold drink on the terrace or on the sun loungers by the pool or swim in the 72 m² pool. There is also a barbecue where you can prepare great meals. The studio apartment offers a little more privacy compared to the main house. It is only a few minutes' walk from Polari beach and a few minutes' drive from the town center. From the top of the church tower, you can enjoy the view that stretches across the entire city and leaves no one indifferent. From the center you can walk towards the Zlatni Rt park forest, one of the most beautiful landscapes in western Istria. Don't miss a trip to the Lim Channel, one of the most attractive natural resources in western Istria, located just 15 kilometers outside of Rovinj.
