"The only problem is parking. They do have parking but they are very narrow. There was t enough parking for the amount of rooms but they did however give us a park down the road at the other hotel. "

There is a small local grocery store within walking distance (although the area is hilly) and it is an easy twenty minute drive into Dunedin. "
