"The whole experience was delightful. Staff were amazing, tentative, polite and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and inviting. I love that there is always coffee available at the check in desk. There is lots of parking and they are located in a nice area. Our room was located just off the elevator on the 2nd floor and the window was short and the view was of the roof. All though this wasn’t the “best” view it wasn’t a deal breaker. Maybe, if you are booking a room ask for a full window with a view. I still give it 5 STARS. 😊"

"Room was clean. Food and drink were good enough. Only minor issue was our room key was deactivated even though it wasn’t past check out time which resulted in a trip to the desk. The woman on duty at that time wasn’t particularly friendly but reactivated our key without issue. The evening staff at check in, servers, and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and attentive. Would stay again if in the area. "
