A modern and cosy two-bedroom apartment, set within a secluded development and just a short 10- minute walk into the centre of Royal Leamington Spa.

This is the perfect base for a couple or small group looking for a relaxing stay exploring the town and its surrounding area including Warwick and Kenilworth Castle and the Cotswold’s.

Homeworking is also available with fast Wi-Fi throughout the property and plenty of desk space.

The space
Master bedroom with king-size bed and plenty of storage space, including chest of drawers and built in wardrobe.

The second bedroom has a double sized sofa bed, along with a chest of drawers and a desk.

The living room has a large sofa, smart TV with TNT Sports, Netflix and Amazon prime, and a dining table for four.

The kitchen is well equipped, complete with a Lavazza Modo Mio coffee machine, built in washing machine and a fridge and freezer, along with plenty of cupboard space.

The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet and sink.

Guest access
The apartment is one of nine within the building. Guests enjoy access to the whole property, and it is not shared with anyone else.

Other things to note
FREE private parking for one car on site. Additional free parking is available over the road approximately 50m away.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
