"What a lovely place to spend our time in Leamington Spa. Martha was beyond accommodating with our checkin, and everything we could ask for during our stay. The place is squeaky clean and quiet. Highly recommend it."

"We chose this hotel as it had a restaurant, however on arrival we were told that the restaurant was closed due to a function, but that the bar would be able to provide a meal. We passed the bar on the way to our room & were kindly given a menu to look at. After dropping our luggage we returned to the bar to eat, only to be told that the bar had stopped serving meals due to the function. After a long drive to reach the hotel, we then had to drive out again to find the nearest town to eat. On our...

"Really awful reception into the hotel. Very dirty entrance area. Staff were okay once we started talking but initially not nice at all. Such a basic hotel. Carpeted room!?- why? And of course stained! No shower gel just an empty bottle. We regretted getting a room here the moment we pulled up to the hotel."

"We had a cool room and the shower worked. It’s great that the Jephson has parking unfortunately we parked in the street on Saturday - very busy. Walking distance from the centre of Leamington with lovely pubs and restaurants nearby."

"It was a family get together and I only needed a place to sleep, breakfast was a bonus. Not the best area of town but that didn’t matter, however I am disabled and staff did help with my stroller with the steep stairs. It was cheap and clean and it was very good for what I needed. There wasn’t a pool."
